I can’t use a camera without the grip. It’s so comfortable and when doing photos turned the buttons on the grip are perfect!

I've purchsed Canon 5D and marks II, III, and IV. All superb cameras.
Previous battery grips had a solid, well built internal holder for the batteries. The BG-E20 has a holder that is not as well constructed.

Very solid construction, mounts perfectly to the 5D4, comfortable in hand. Price is only downside, but I only go OEM for grips.

The battery grip is good to have to comfortably take portraits and switch back to landscape. It does become heavy after a while. Good stuff since it came with the camera. Probably won’t buy on it’s own.

This is a great battery grip but my only complaint would be how cheap and fragile the battery holder tray seems. Other then that it works very good.
