I think it's quite expensive for what it does. It's an adaptor so you can use the EF lenses with your canon R. Also give it a control ring feature so it works like the RF lenses. You can configure it so it'll perform a desired camera function. Or change iso, f stop, aperture, exposure comp... Etc. A must have if you wish to use your collection of older lenses with the new Canon R

I have some older canon lenses that I was afraid I’d never be able to use again. This adapter makes it so Easy to change lenses and use my older lenses.

This is a must have if you do not have the cash for RF lens, which are expensive. The EFVlens works great. can not wait to get new RF lens. I shot a reception with EF 24-70. Great pics.

This does what it's supposed to and with expected Canon quality. Using it on an R10 mirrorless with DSLR lenses.

With this adapter my EF lenses are fast and accurate, Even my Tamron and Sigma lenses work well.
