This adapter works great, so of the cheaper 3rd party adapters don't fit as well, it's worth the extra few dollars for the Canon brand adapter

The Canon EF-EOS RP Lens Mount Adapter works as advertised. I have been able to use all of the EF-S lenses from my previous camera. The auto focus works; the auto exposure works. If you're upgrading to a new Canon R or RP camera and have Canon lenses from your previous Canon camera that were EF or EF-S you will definitely want this adapter.

This adapter gives new life to your old EF lenses. On a mirrorless system the auto focus works even faster than before. RF lenses are limited and expensive. The adapter is the perfect solution until the next RF lens comes along.

I recently purchased a Canon EOS-R. This is new Canon R Series and that built for canon RF series lenses. But People like me who already invested in EF lenses need this adopter so we can use our EF series lenses on Canon EOS-R. Working for me. I almost use my 24-70 mm, 70-200mm & 85mm with this adapter & it works just fine.

Must have if you have a collection of regular DSLR lenses.

Not much to say other than it is a great bridge from DSLR to Mirrorless or EF glass to RF Body. If you are looking to get a Canon mirrorless FF camera and already have EF glass this is a must-have. There are other versions of this but I have not retreated not buying the one with an extra ring or the drop-in filter.

Works just as expected. Great RF body to EF lens adapter. Use it with my 24-105 f/4 and 70-200 f/2.8 and both work great!

Must have if you are transitioning from dslr to RF system. I’d skip the gimmicky control ring adapter and get this plain Jane one for 100 bucks. Every lens I’ve adapted has worked seamlessly and autofocus is super snappy.

A must if you plan to use your ef canon lenses on the new eos r series canon cameras . Planing to purchase canon mirror less camera . It’s hard to purchase as it is always not in stock at BB . Just always look on line for availability , as they sell fast . As online reviews stated this is the best adaptor to the eos r series cameras .

I just transitioned from the Canon M5 mirrorless to the Canon RP, so this works great with the lenses I currently own. No need to purchase any new R lenses.

Perfect for using non RF lenses on a mirror less from Canon. Works seamlessly and is perfectly compatible. I’m currusing this mount to connect my non RF prime lens 50mm to my R8 and the results are great.
