Great adapter, bought a Canon R8 and don’t wanted to spend a lot of money on a new lens, got this adapter and I was able to use old generation lenses, works and connect perfectly to my camera

Canon's adapter is expensive compared to third-party options but built like a truck, so hard to complain.

This adapter works great! I use it on my Canon EOS RP with Canon EF lenses. The auto focus is quick and the image quality is excellent.

Works seamlessly! Easy to pop on and then use your lenses like normal. No learning curve or complications really. My only complaint is that the autofocus system on the Canon EOS R seems to have some trouble when using the EF lenses, but no issues with image quality or metering. I feel that is more to do with the camera body and software than with this adapter. This let's me use my more affordable but still wonderful low aperture EF lenses; even if they work better in manual focus mode I'll take it!

This helps of you have older EF lenses. It will help with a more modern RF mirrorless camera

Saved me so much money! I have Ef glass and I didn’t have the budget to get rf glass as well with my upgrade from a canon rebel t7 to a canon r50. So far no complaints!

This adapter is an excellent piece, very compact and good weight.

Got for my R8. Works seamlessly to adapt my EF glass.

Works exactly as it should. Allows me to mount all the EF-Glass from my previous Canon camera right onto the R6 without any issues. The only real hitch is if you have any RF glass you'll soon want to upgrade all your EF lenses and scrap the adapter since you won't need it anymore. Simply put...if you have a bunch of EF lenses that you love and plan on holding onto then this adapter is a no brainer if you're upgrading to a mirrorless Canon like I did. If you think you'll be selling off your EF line to upgrade to RF glass then maybe put the $100 you would've spent on the adapter towards a new lens.
