You don't have to be intimidated by using the long Lens well worth carrying it for the perfect shot

Bought this as a bundle. I wanted the 300mm over the 200mm. This thing really reaches out there and gets some detail. Really happy with the purchase.

...unless you absolutely have to have a lens with autofocus you can get a slightly older manual Canon FD zoom lenses for less then $50. These have lenses made in Japan and have a metal body and mechanical aperture. This isnt even one of these zoom lenses you should get as its an older and heavier model.

This lens is worth it if its thrown in free as part of a bundle. On its own, it isn't worth 2 cents. Images look ok at best throughout the focal range.

This lens was the perfect compliment to an incredible camera. Adding it actually doubles the usefulness of the camera.

Wanted a zoom to take pictures of my kids during soccer/ swimming/ baseball/ softball activities. Didn't need a fancy lens but one that let me get "closer to the action". Great lens for the price

came as part of a package, but have yet to use it. Not sure if I would purchase it if camera was being used for basic family photo opportunities.

So far, I am able to get better action shots during my kids' sporting events with this new digital lens. I'm very satisfied with it.

I bout this lens as an addition when I bought the Canon 60D. I am pleased with the versatility it allows me for alternative shots and angles.

It is almost a needed accessory for the Cannon camera. Brings in those needed distance shots.

the lens has a nice balance when on the camera. I like being able to "zoom" in on spoting shots.

This lens came with the Canon T5 Rebel package. It's a great additional lens to have but is a bit heavy to carry around.

Camera works for what I need it to. However, auto focus sometimes acts up and have to manual focus which don't get as nice of pictures. Night pictures are okay.

The speed and the amazing attachment is great for pictures being shot from far!

Not my favorite zoom lens, as jr doesn’t do great in low light situations, but for the price it’s great for most things outdoors with good lighting.
