A lot of the people I know that are pros with big cameras say this is the best starter money can buy

I upgraded from an older model and love it

Battery lasts significantly longer and the charger is more compact. Basic controls are the same layout with a few inprovements. Overall weight is reduced too. Makes me glad I overused my old one.
