I was on the market to replace my previous HP office jet printer and went the laser printer route. Setup is easy and quality is great for black and white. Printer is quiet when printing and it is lightning quick. I would definitely recommend this product.

For the price it was hard to beat. It has duplex print and it has duplex scan with the autofeeder. That is a nice feature for me but if you don't need that you can save a few dollars by going to the 227. It does come with a low capacity toner but otherwise it is a good one.

The instructions to connect to my home wireless system were easy to follow. Set up was fast. The printer is fast and it prints double sided! Saves paper! Great for small business use.

Very happy with my purchase. The Canon - imageCLASS IC MF229DW Wireless Black-and-White All-In-One Printer is not bulky in size or too heavy. I can pick it up and move it if needed without breaking my back. It easily fits on a desk, dresser or counter. It's great for printing out quick hand-outs for teaching class. It's also great for scanning images into my Macbook. The wireless printing feature is handy. And, there is an option to print on both sides of paper (helps to save trees and avoid bulky handouts). It's easy to work with the menu. The "quiet button" feature is sort of nice to have but it's not that "quiet" or useful. Oh... and I like that it has a FAX. It all works for me!

The printer was a gift for my parents, but I use it occasionally when I visit them. Parents love how easy it is to use. I have to say the set up process was easy and quick. Love that was able to print from smartphones. Haven't tried fax function. Great price & toner price is not bad either. I normally check to see how expensive the ink or toner will cost me before I purchase the printer as it will determine the cost of the printer is worth the money. Hope this helps. :)

I switched from inkjet printer to a laser printer. This laser printer is awesome. It prints so quietly. Printing is so fast. Great price.

Easy to setup, warms up and prints quickly. My second Canon multi-function laser printer, first one lasted almost 10 years.

Perfect size printer for my needs. I bought this printer to put on my home desk, the size is ideal and the print quality and speed are perfect too. No complaints. Recommend to all.

This printer delivers great quality and is easy to use. I also like that it holds a whole ream of paper. I use it for scanning and copying as well as printing.

Bought this item on sale am glad I did. It has all the four features I wanted including FAX. Easy to setup, black text only but that's all I needed. Much better than the HP office jet printer I had which only lasted 4 years. This printer has a energy saver which is a nice feature as well. Ink cartridge that it comes with is only a starter cartridge but should last for several hundred copies.

This printer/scanner/fax is a low cost excellent product. It is a wireless printer/scanner, although there is quite a lag of about 20 seconds when printing wirelessly. No lag exists if the printer is hard wired via the USB port of your laptop. The print quality is quite good and it has reasonable speed if not used wirelessly.

Printer works fine. It will slow down when a large quantities of copies are required. Cartridge level is tricky. I can not gauge it's accuracy. This is when to change cartridge. Replacement cartridge is costly Easy to use and set up.

Have owned this printer for a week, for an office. The printer has exceptional print quality. Crystal clear blacks and pictures come out in Black and White neatly. Airprint works well too.Prints very fast.

This gives a sharp print out & for the price & Canon reputation, it is a terrific buy! Don't hesitate to get it. Plus the Canon help line is invaluable if you aren't technically adept (I'm not).

Though it appears very difficult to make it works but after going through manual it works for me. I like for the business use.

This is my first laser printer for my home. Setup was very easy. Toner has lasted very long. Printed lots of documents so far. To bad its not color.

I purchased this all in one printer after reading the wonderful reviews on Best Buy. Unfortunately, I did not have such a good experience. The printer kept freezing, and both the scanner and fax did not work out of the box. I called Best Buy for help and also Canon. My all in one garbage could not be fixed...so back to Best Buy it went.
