I really love this printer, and although it did not come with any ink, Best Buy took care of that and sent me a gift card. So far no issues with this printer setting up online and even connecting directly to a computer to scan or email directly to one of several computers. In terms of buying refurbished I was concerned about what I would get, but I honestly think this printer is 100% brand new, not a single spot of any noticeable wear anywhere. Printer much easier to setup and assemble than the reviews state. Install drivers from canon website and you're good to go. The refurbished printer specifications state the printer comes with 4 ink cartridges included and says you get a bonus 4 cartridges as a purchase gift. This is a lie. Printer comes empty, no ink. only the 4 bonus cartridges. I called BB and they did not offer any reimbursement for the trouble. Said they will try and fix the specifications and description of the item

He said no way because it was refurbished. tried another chat session. you would not believe how ethically bankrupt this process is. basically i can just eat it. Oh, and again suggested i go into the store. they said they "cant ship me just the one item" what does that even mean?? they sell toner, right? this takes customer service to a new low. lie to the customer up front, then try to frustrate them even more with suggesting a wasted trip, then tell them there is nothing you can do about it!

Picked one of these up recently and the only way I could tell it wasn't brand new is that the box was labeled refurbished. Otherwise, the printer is spotless and came wrapped in all of the same protective film that you would find as if the unit was brand new. Note that the refurbished unit, though does not come with any toner, not even "starter" toners, so you will need to get the complete set of 4 toners separately.

This multi function unit makes awesome, sharp prints. Has power saving features and it's wireless! Scanner has auto document feeder.

This is the printer of my dreams. First, it is a lightening fast laser printer. It has an easy to read led display screen that makes it simple to use even for the novice. The features are great including double-sided printing, multi-page feeder, different size paper, scanning, etc. It connects to all my devices including cell phone via blue tooth. It is a larger printer, but I don't count that as a drawback. I bought the refurbished for the price and it could not be a better printer.

I've been wanting a laser printer and this printer was at a good price. I do crafting so it works great for me.

Works great. Would of liked to buy a brother. Their cartridges are bigger for about the same price. But Hey it does the job.

Amazing printer: prints quickly, flawlessly, and crisply. I will never go back to an inkjet printer. Might be the best printer I've ever owned. Mine was refurbished and did not come with toner/ink, but I know some other reviewers have said their refurbished models did.

Good color laser printer, a little bit big size but works fine

I got the refurbished model and it kept erroring daily E733-005 but I finally upgraded the firmware from the main panel and it’s been working great since. It always printed fine it was just a nuisance as I had to power down to get rid of error.

well packaged, except for the starter guide....which is very important was under the unit. It almost got thrown out with the box. Unfortunatly I had already tried to install and couldn't connect to the internet. With the correct info all's well now. This is alot more printer than I need, but I like the quality and ease of use.

Great printer, but did not include printer cartridges even though it says it did in the description. Printer was a good price so I purchased a set of generic cartridges off Amazon and it works great.
