This printer works great. The menus could be a little better.

Great printer for the refurbished price. It's probably overkill for home usage but it's nice to actually have everything in one. The printer looked brand new and completely unblemished. Generic cartridges are available for this printer too.

Very good printer at a great price. No toner, but that is easy to get from many 3rd party vendors at a reasonable price. Even with that extra cost, its much cheaper than most color laser printers

This unit did not have any toner. Not even a starter pack. I went to store and they sold me a regular set for 1/2 price.

This is a lifesaver especially in coronavirus the only down side is the ink can be expensive and I’m still trying to figure out it’s full potential

This printer is a beast. Quick and easy wireless setup. Print, scan, copy works well. The refurb came with full-size toner which makes it an even better value.

At least it prints. The document feeder never works properly, it must always have someone nearby to manually nudge the papers in. The UI is slightly clunky, and is prone to bugs. For example if I had a paper jam, I'd better restart the printer because unjamming it means nothing to the printer since it gets stuck in 1 operation mode.

Apparently, this used to come with full sized toners but they don't any longer. In fact, they tried to claim they didn't until I mentioned that there are reviews that stated otherwise. They refused to send any toners or acknowledge how misleading the information is. I pointed out it's false advertisement to have it state "4 toners are included" but they said in the "overview" section, it doesn't list toners in "what's in the box" so they are covered. I have no idea if the printer works well or correctly. I won't purchase toners from here and will avoid shopping here again. I'll get toners somewhere else at some point. The reviews are the final reason I made the purchase. Please make sure to click on the options to view "most recent" reviews rather than "most relevant" that automatically pops up. That way you can make a truly informed decision.

Amazing quality, I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a Color Laser Printer.

We bought the printer with the intention of using it to print things for my little one home schooling as well as two of her friends. So far the setup was fairly easy and printing using wifi is a breeze. The only issue I had was trying to setup the scan portion to my email. I had to google and YouTube several videos on how to setup this for my gmail account. Overall, I would recommend this type of printer specially the refurbished one to anybody. I’m very happy with my purchase so far.

Very nice refurbished Canon color mult function printer with full standard toners. Though no starter toners.

Buyer beware if there is a promotion that reads includes 4 free items which are the toner cartridges for this refurbished printer it will not come with it, again it will not come with the toner regardless if the website states that it will. The printer is $249 and a full set of toner is $280 so in total $529 which makes no sense if buying this printer while not having the Canon toner already from a broken one already. I talked to customer support they were really nice but unable to do anything in their end, totally understandable however if you ask a store manager in person for the missing free items they are not giving away $280 of toner for their store, what's worst is that the listed promotion of the 4 free items which are the toner are gone from the website unless you took a screenshot, which I did not, so I'm am returning the printer .

Arrived about a week after placing online order, delivery delayed due to UPS issues. Printer was well packed, connected without problems to wifi, installed Canon software on my windows PC, printer was up and running in less than 15 minutes. Tested AirPrint and scan functions, worked flawlessly. Excellent color reproduction, highly recommended!

Best Buy has tried to charge my credit card approximately 15 times for the extended warranty. Can't figure it out. Printer works well but as others have said keeping it connected to wifi is virtually impossible.

Great printer. I bought this for home office use, it prints, scans, copies, has an automatic feeder, and can email you a scan. The only real issue I had setting this up was with emailing me scans, I had to get a code from Apple to bypass the double authentication.
