Awesome, friendly, knowledgeable help in store deciding which printer I needed and was the right printer for my needs. Fast scanning and great copies. Just what I asked for.

While Best Buy has been stellar in this purchase, the Canon printer itself is quite difficult to get set up, at least as compared with the HP I'm replacing. I am still trying to get it to scan to the computer. Regular printing is excellent and quite fast.

This thing is a workhorse. Take it out of the box and print 200 postcards, front and back. Probably 80# stock. Jammed once. Then did 200 labels. Color is great. Yeah, it’s a little noisy, but not enough to bother me.

Looks really professional and works well for all projects. Great for two adults in college. It was very easy to set up and I love all the options it has for functions. I have noticed I need to have the device that's requesting a print to be close to printer, but that is likely the bad connection of our wifi. Otherwise it prints within seconds and I don't have to screw around with anything to get it to work. The prints come out fully done, no streaks or obvious miscoloration. It's warmer tones are a bit off and cooler tones pop, but thats to be expected with this type of printer. For quick photo prints it works decently, I can always buy some images from a professional shop if I need professional image prints. But for ay home jobs it works well without having to deal with the pitfalls of ink printers.

Its a great office printer. Easy to use and once its set up. It can be a little bit loud after every print but like a big office printer sound. I wish id bought it long ago has made home printing a game changer.

Prints are crisp and clean. Printer is very fast. Printer is very well made. I only deducted a star because it is somewhat complex to operate, and Genuine Canon ink is very expensive. Many items on the 4-page menu, which is good for user control, but takes some time to figure out. Also, keep in mind that the Genuine Canon toner cartridges are very expensive.

Great machine for the price. Easy to set up. Fairly easy to use. Really prints nice color copies. Pretty solid built laser printer.

I love this printer. If you can love a printer, that is. No more dried/clogged ink cartridges, even after it has sat unused for a week. It is very easy to set up, I think this would be a good printer for anyone who struggles with technology in general. Be prepared when you move it, it is HEAVY. The only problem I have had is a small one. When I have tried to use the tray feeder to scan a paper, it always ends up crooked.

Needed something for remote work, and it fit the bill. Works well, is easy to use, and the toner, especially for the XL cartridge is affordable. Surprisingly quiet as well.

I recently got this printer and honestly I could not be any happier. It has been perfect addition for all the work I do with my small business. One of the major pluses is how extremely easy it was to set up as well. As for some of it other great qualities, the coping and printing is nice and sharp. While the toner lasts significantly longer than the ink cartridges I was buying. This is a must have printer for anyone in the market for a new one.

I am amazed at the quality of this printer at the price point. Color printing is fantastic, even on regular copy paper, easy to setup for wireless, and scanning and copying are great for any small business.

To this date (05/16/25), the Best-Buy (BB) product (Canon Printer/Copier) that I bought is fine and is performing well while I am still learning all the details of its functionality. 2). This is an excellent work horse printer. I have used it to print out sections of textbooks and photos and everything looks great. I really love the feed scanner.

I plugged it in, and it printed a beautiful color test picture for me; perfectly aligned, without any adjustments! It was actually better than my Epson artisan 730, with 6 colors of ink; the picture has a sort of matte finish, even on a plain white paper. I leaned that the toner is actually a fine, almost translucent layer of polyester plastic. AWESOME! I also had an after market color toner set, that i installed, to compare the two; and there was no comparison to the canon toner; i suspect the quality of the rollers in the aftermarket cartridges, were the problem. But i love the fact that the Canon laser, accepted them, while noting they were not OEM, and did a readjustment procedure, following the go-ahead to print. The laser did another "adjustment" prior to me testing the Canon cartridges again, to find that the "quality" and superiority had instantly returned for the final color test print. This means that in a pinch; i can resort to a lower grade toner, to get by, until i can afford the Canon toner. GREAT JOB CANON! (I have a canon PowerShot SX 510 camera, that's still kicking after 14 years....)

Love this printer! Laser printer is so much better than inkjet which is what I replaced. This prints really fast and the quality is great. It is a bit loud when it starts up but that doesn't really bother me. For the price, this printer is great!

Nice printer. I did not know you could not print on photo paper, so I needed another printer for that as well. Prints fast but must warm up as it is a LaserJet . I did not print constantly, so always had a 3-minute delay to get a page or tow printed. An inkjet is more effective for my use. Print quality was good, but toner is epensive.

Bought this for a client. Decision based on good sale price. Like all Canon lasers I've encountered, it's and excellent quality printer and built like a tank compared to His; but, their software menus are just so dumb and unintuitive which would be a deal breaker for me.

Purchased this as a replacement for an old HP laser printer that refuses to die (15+ years old) that is black & white and not wireless. I have had numerous inkjet printers, but got tired of printheads dying or getting clogged or putting out less than acceptable copies. I don’t print out a lot of pages & I haven’t used the printer with photographic paper. For my purposes, this printer was easy to setup & use. The printed pages are quite good. I cannot speak to photo images, since I haven’t yet tried any. I haven’t had it long enough to see how well the cartridges hold up. But so far, I am quite happy with the printer

I truly think this is unbeatable at this pricepoint. And it just works with no fuss. Setup to AirPrint was a breeze and I can always count on it.
