    I do not like getting after market printer ink, so I go with the original ink of what it says to get in the manual. Good dark ink that does not jam up the printer , like some after market ink does.

    My printer allows me to print in draft and grayscale so I find I can go several months on the XL cartridge. Best Buy is as inexpensive as any retail store and easy to pop in and buy one when it does get faint.

    Between the reg and XL cartridge, spendthe extra cash! The XL is worth it. I am a very heavy user on my printer and I have had to replace my cartridges about every 2 months. Even, when the cartridge is super low, there's no destortion.

    The Canon ink and printer are perfect for my home needs. Canon is a great company with good telephone service help. When they couldn't fix my printer with me over the phone, they sent me a new one just like that. I was impressed.

    I have this printer that uses only this kind of ink. It is good ink. It lasts me quite a number of pages of info I have to print out all the time. I recommend it, because it is less expensive at Best Buy.
