its an ink cartridge, what more is there to say? it enables your printer to function as it should. a necessity for printing. i can't believe these things are still over $30.

Item blew away

Neither Staples nor Best Buy texted or emailed me that item had been delivered so I didn't know that it was outside garage door and overnight we had 45 mph wind gusts that blew it away. Neither company wanted to take responsibility and kept telling me to call the other company.
