This is a replacement for a less than 2 year old mx882 that I luckily purchased an extended warranty. The 882 was great for everything I do, print, fax, and scan, but it lost the ability to connect wirelessly for some reason. This one does everything the other one did and I like it but did purchase another extended warranty

great upgrade to the Kodak we had. The photos come out great. Printer is quiet.

I'm a tattoo artist so I'm always printing patterns & art work out. This CANNON is a work horse!! Nice clean & crisp prints...I just bought one for my home I have 4 kids so lots of nice pictures will come out of my CANNON!!!

I really like the printer; however, I had no idea it was refurbished until I received the request for this product review. I spoke to the store manager, who referred me to customer service. I e-mailed customer service, but so far I have not had a response regarding this matter.

Replaced an older printer that could not print from our ipads. Now print from them and our laptops. Speed and quality very good. Love the duplex printing and the auto feed for scanning / copying. Great price / value as purchased as 'Deal of the Day'. At this time unable to speak to ink consumption - not yet needed to replace.

Bought this printer to replace an 7 year old MP830 that finally bit the dust. I was very happy with that one and the MX892 was the closest equivalent today. I like the duplex scanning and printing features. Canon ink can be expensive but there are a lot of generic, third party inks available online that work very well.

I like this printer a lot. I had an HP and this one is much better. It is easy to use and I don't do a lot of printing so it is pretty self explainatory on how to operate it, even if it has been over a month since the last time you used it.

We have used this printer for a little over a month. Set up and performance have been flawless thus far. It seems much easier on ink than our previous HP printer. At slightly under $100 on a daily deal, it has been a great bargain.

Have not used it enough; initially had trouble printing, but granddaughter fixed me right up. Anxious to see cost of printing pictures. Will first need to get more photo paper and compare cost to other photo processing charges.

This printer works perfectly and is a great value for price. The only thing that surprised me was the size, it was a lot bigger than i expected and barely fit on my computer desk. If you don't mind the size it's perfect. It was easy to set up and I've had no problems.

I absolutely love this printer when I can access it. Printing wirelessly from my iPhone or iPad while working in another room is really nice. I would have given this printer a 5 overall but lately my iPhone and iPad have not been able to find it. My devices just display " cannot find AirPrint device" extremely frustrating when trying to print documents that I need for work. I unplugged my router and plugged it back in and it is working now. I don't know why the printer could not be found before. I'm keeping my fingers crossed so it doesn't happen again. Other than that glitch this is a fantastic printer.

Have two other Pixma printers (all WiFi) one with a doc feeder, one with no doc feeder, but a cool paper cassette below the printer that holds plain paper so when you don't want to use high quality media in the rear paper tray, it will act like a typical office printer. But now I wanted BOTH - a document feeder for scanning lots of documents, and a choice of rear and hidden paper trays - plus great WiFi photo printing from Ipad and Android -- and I got it all. Solid unit. Love that when the front "door" is closed and you begin to print, it opens automatically like the BatCave so you don't end up with a crumpled accordion page! Decent WiFi range on the receiver, and the LCD screen and menus are easy to navigate, and the software that comes with it does everything you could ask (maybe too much software, so I perform a custom install, leaving off some bloatware). Good unit for the dough.

This is my second from the 890 series. First, the good news: I love the print quality and the features. It is well built and sturdy. Now the bad: It took several attempts to load the software correctly on my Windows 8 machine. This was not a problem on my 890, so it is probably a compatibility issue. The most obvious problem is the speed. It is the slowest printer that I have owned. Also, Canon has messed up the the scan procedure. You now have to go back to the computer to complete the process.

I researched the top printers and bought this one. Best Buy price matched it and then price matched it 3weeks later...A great buy at 89.00...The combo packs Were a little pricey but worth the extra coin. Prints right from my Android phone too.

This product was on sale automatic manufacturers rebate $70 off. for the price this is a professional quality machine and could not go wrong with this purchase!

I purchased this model for my office after being so satisfied with the MX700. The copy speed is incredible and the Wi-Fi communication is lightning quick. I'd definitely recommend this for medium volume usage. The biggest drawback seems to be how often the ink needs to be replaced but that can be the case with any printer. Oh, and after about a month, I've only had one paper jam which was incredibly easy to correct.

I am impressed with everything I have tried with this machine. Not being a technical wizard, I found it surprisingly easy to connect to my network.
