I never kept this printer. Changed my mind after purchasing

Was lured by cheap upfront cost, but very slow to print and scan. The software is also flunky and sometimes the unit does not respond. Ink cartridges are very expensive and need to be replaced every few days. I literally stopped using this after a couple of weeks to get a functional printer.

I recommend it 100% very good and at a very good price

Do not buy!!! This printer gave me stress setting it up. It is still not connecting to my hp laptop i purchased from Best buy. I called Best Buy customer service, they transferred me to Geek Squad. Geek Squad wanted me to pay 200$ to connect it. Such a horrible experience for a wireless printer. It was giving all sorts of error. Driver unavailable. It just would not connect to none of my laptops/PC/mac!!!!!!

Replaced my ancient HP. Print quality is good, easy to set up. Good bargain.

While this printer is easy to use and functions well, it is by far the slowest printer I have ever had. I strongly recommend looking at the PPM (pages per min.) when shopping for a printer, I made this mistake and am greatly hindered by the lack of speed this printer offers.

I own a clothing brand and it works great for printing shipping labels!

Slow progress printing with this one. Difficult to find cartridges

Prints clearly but is very slow...even for an inkjet. Also, this printer wouldn't connect to wi-fi although I search and searched. I ended up having to go back and buy USB cable to connect. I am still considering if I should return it to the store.

I don't recommend buying this printer if you are looking for sharp and dense blacks. I wish I had returned it in time. I used an HP Envy recently and it blew me away with the crispness of the black and colors.

Cheaply made. Cartridge is about $45 for just the color. When you send to print, print takes it's dang time to configure, clean, align, waste ink, then print.

Ink ran out after about 50 pages.could not find the ink at BB or any of the office stores would have had to order on line and wait A week for delivery! Wife printed a document of 30 pages and printer push out 15 page of blank paper. Sale person told me it it scanned double sided in the ADF which it did not do! Return to store for refund.
