This one said that print more than 10 pages and is false, I had a model that bought 6 years ago for 49 dollars and the difference is that I can print by apple air, for the rest is the same.

I would not recommend this product for daily office use. It prints very slow, and paper jams pretty frequently. I probably printed may may be 50 pages and toner low light was lit so I had to change it. It still paper jams after printing two pages. I had to buy another one (brother) and happy with it.

Printer has had same error codes concerning ink cartridges since a few weeks after purchase. Call Canon support to have them clear them out and it will print one or two times and then error code comes back concerning ink cartridge. Buying new ink does not solve recurring issues.

Poorly designed software interface. Requires the drivers to be uninstalled, computer restarted and drivers reinstalled before every use. Scanner is unreliable has trouble scanning more than 1 page at a time. Small printer tray. Consumes large amount of ink.

The machine does not print fast enough. The assembly is cheaply constructed. The return policy has too short of window to allow return and upgrade. Stuck with this printer now.

DO NOT BUY! COMPLETELY PROBLEMATIC DEVICE. TURNS OFF AND HAS TO BE MANUALLY TURNED BACK ON, EACH TIME YOU PREPARE TO PRINT FROM ANY SOURCE. PRINTER FEATURE WEAK and DOESN"T PRINT WELL, CONSTANT PRINTER ISSUES AFTER MINIIMAL USAGE. IF YOU BUY< YOU CAN"T SAY I DIDNT TELL YOU SO.

This has to be the worst printer I have ever had. If it is not jamming, it is always something else, I have to wake from its sleep manually I would not buy another cannon.

    Great printer!

I've had this printer for almost 4 years (next month) and it's been great! The absorber is full just now and it's not printing because of it. I'm looking for ways to fix it because I'm not ready to let it go yet--it prints, copies and scans for my home needs.

Good all-in-one printer for light/medium duty

    Posted .

Compared to my last all-in-one printer (a Brother) this unit has a far more reliable paper feed, and prints well. I use my printer only occasionally, and find the Canon usually takes some "warm-up time" to prep itself and perhaps clean its print heads before being ready to actually print. This makes it seem slower overall, although once it starts printing it's probably comparable. I'm concerned that its in cartridges are far more expensive than the Brother's, but haven't had to replace the ones the printer came with yet, so ths concern is somewhat speculative. Overall, I am happy enough with it.

Print quality and paper handling seem great. Can print double sided w/o intervention, a nice feature. Small foot print and seems quality built. However it is slow! If speed and volume are a requirement then you probably will be disappointed. Annoyingly, it does not seem to wake up from "sleep" mode if not used for a while. I may to look to see if adjustable.

While the printer worked i had no complaints it was easy and simple to use. After almost 3 years with this printer the wifi connectivity has been lost and cant get it to connect anymore. Tried resetting all settings, at this point i have given up. Would not recommend.

Do not recommend. Does not stay connected even though the printer thinks it is connected. Have to troubleshoot for 15 minutes to maybe print one document each time I try to use it.
