Printer was easy to set up. Very easy to use. Great for home office. Have not yet tried the photo print but will update soon. Delivery service was fantastic. Arrived at my house just a few hours after ordering.

I have been a fan of HP for many years. However it seems like my HP printers are not lasting more than a year before the heads clog and they stop working. Decided to try out a Canon. Setup was easy and the print quality is good. Will need to use if for a longer period to really know if it is any better than the other printers I have used.

Glad I went with this! Tried another model from in store, and it just didn't work. Decided on this, and so far, it's great! Much quicker and quieter than our old MX922 printer. Not only that, it came a week early!

Good entry level printer. The ink tends to run out fairly quickly.

This printer initially prints well. However, after a few prints it jams and even after fixing the jam it continues to jam. This is my second replacement.

Pretty happy with it. Only had one paper jam so far, with some postage labels. Setup and connection to wi-fi was super simple. Works with Windows laptop over wifi, hard-wired PC, and chromebook for printing and scanning. The paper tray feels flimsy and I worry about how durable it is, but that's about the only con.,

Are All-in-One Features for iOS or Mac?

I downgraded from a Maxify 2320 to this, and the TR7020 has wasted far less ink while taking up half the space. Though the automatic print head cleaning function with Canon printers is notoriously long, that's not as much the issue here. The cleaning slows the TR7020 somewhat, but I can't figure out why this unit would print much faster via the iOS route than that of the MacOS Cannon TR7000 series.app The TR7020 plays well with my iPhone but the iOS app would seem to hijack the TR7020's spooler. I'd be happy if I'm wrong about that.

This is a quality product. Printing wirelessly is easy. Scanning is easy. Copying is easy. The printer went together and set up with no problem. I definitely recommend it. We don't do a ton of printing, but it's perfect for our home use.

The Canon Pixma TR7020 is a great value; the print quality (black & white, color, and photos) is quite good, and the automatic document feeder is very handy as well! The auto-shut off feature (activated when not in use for a while) takes a little getting used to, but I do feel good about the extra energy savings.... The Canon ink cartridges (black and multi-color) are reasonably priced compared to other inkjet cartridges for other printers.... Overall, I'm very happy with this purchase!

Overall the print quality is very good. However, the machine shuts down after a few hours and you have to manually turn it back on. It also seems that since it’s a new model it is hard to buy discount cartridge refills.

The Canon TR7020 Printer once understood on how to use it is an excellent printer for the home or the small office within the home. I use it because I do advocacy work for those in need of it. After one gets past setting up the WiFi feature one has to get use to the fact it needs nothing other than to be plugged in and whatever you chose to print on the computer is sent to the printer thru the air to the computer. I then tried to use the scanner and found it had to be attached to the computer by a USB. Then you what to install the scanner and start coping. But it takes patients and one must watch every step of the way so what your scanner is sending the scanned material to. I still don't understand how the printer can order the ink cartridges. One must know it seems this printer uses a lot of ink over my last printer. It could be the fact I am using it wrong. I believe once it is set up properly it will be an excellent printer. I am in luck I have a "My Technician" account to protect my infor- mation that I produce for those I represent.

Works great. Had another manufacturer for less than a year and wouldn’t connect to network or print legibly after about 6 months. Very happy with this purchase and absolutely love the paper tray instead of it hanging off the back getting dust down in it. Read other reviews stating connecting to network was an issue. Found out my network has 2.4 and 5G networks together. Printer will connect but can’t be seen by computer. Separate the networks to individual 2.4 and 5G networks ie. home 2.4 and home 5, it will connect to home 2.4 and all will work fine. No info about that in setup directions. Maybe I can save someone else a day and a half of head scratching.

Easy to use printer with the Canon app. I can print documents directly from email using my iPhone. Nice and compact. The instructions are not very clear on setting up preferences and scanning. Had to search Google to get more info.

Very quiet printer. At first it did not print but there were instructions that popped up on my computer screen that helped a bit. I found ultimately that figuring out where the guides were and what needed to be done to make it finally print was a matter of just literally feeling out the printer. I never did get it to work with my router but when plugged into my computer it works very well. I love the page display screen. I did not get the color I ordered which was kind of a bummer but it's a very nice looking printer.
