It is a printer and works well. The scanning feature is a little annoying but when you need it, it works great. My old printer was over 15 years old and this was a quick option.

My Canon ts 6320 broke down. I needed a printer. Lucky I had the contract on the 6320. The Tr 7020 was the only one left. Not a lot to choose from. I had to set it up manual because the computer and the printer would not communicate . I do like Canon printers. I hope this one works out.

Love this printer. It took me less than 40 minutes to unbox the unit and set it up on my Wi Fi network. 100% operational with all our devices on the first try. Excellent print quality!

I love this printer! I am not tech savvy at all and even I was able to set it up all by myself (and somehow I managed to connect my laptop to the printer as well). Nice price for a solid middle of the road printer!

Its an excellent printer. Has lived up to its reputation in terms of quality so far. Hope it continues to work as good in the future as well.

After 3 Canon Pixmas, each of which failed within 2 years or so AFTER their warranty expired, I stupidly purchased yet one more despite my spouse's wise advice of "Don't". I was assured by Canon and I think my Best Buy that it does double-sided scanning of documents. But the first time I tried to scan a doubled side paper on which I had made hard copy notes, I discovered that you could only scan them on 1 side resulting in output of p.1,3,5,.... You can only double-scan ONE PAGE at a time. So I am returning it -- thanks to Best Buy. Nor was this the only problem The screen on which you need to access multiple paenls to do anything that isn't the totally standard printing is BARELY 1"x1"-- try and see it (ha-ha). Another of many, EVERY time to use it you have to press a button to turn it on rather than start automatically from your computer. Etc.,etc., too many flaws ith which to bore you... Why not a 1*? the print quality is adequate. Just be prepared to be limited in what you can do and to be IT'S servant rather than it being your servant! Never again will I buy a Canon printer -- or anything.

Update from an Epson to Canon. Moving from an office to a home office and Epson was over 7 years old. The canon is easy to use and ink cartridges are affordable

Really easy to install and use really like! Replaced a HP printer that never printed something to do with not compatible.

We are enjoying the fact that for such a small printer it has a feeder. It can be used for copying and scanning.

the fact that it double sides a document is in itself worth it. So far, the printer has been great! Definitly a great purchase.

Nice quality output and the automatic document feeder is great for creating multi-page PDFs. Easily connected to our laptop, iPad, and phones.

The printer is great. So far all the functionality works as promised. The only thing stopping me from the 5-star rating is the high cost of ink.

Easy to set up, easy to use, good document feeder which is very useful for multi-page scanning. I also like the two ink which is much better than the earlier printer of 6-ink.

I absolutely love my new Canon Pixma TR7020 Wireless All-In-One Inkjet Printer! It is fast, clear, and easy to replace ink cartridges.

A decent product and function for the price. However, in-bound paper management is funky; that is, it often expects paper to be in the back tray (not desired) instead of the front tray. Took a concerted effort to figure out the unclear needed settings changes to override and correct the problem (resulting in my lower overall rating).

Very happy with this printer. Replaced an HP which failed after 2.5 years. This is a sleek printer with excellent quality. Fairly priced

a little noisy when printing. hard to set up based on my limited capability.

Good printer so far. Only had it a week. Wish screen was bigger and paper tray held more paper.
