Ok but a little diffult to set up. Still good if you know someone who good with technology

printer is very sleek and nice looking, and I'm sure this was just my incompetent on it not talking to my computer. I had a difficult time adding it to my software.

Great little printer! Got it all hooked up, downloaded the Canon app and Dan now print from my phone or computer. Works great!

I am very pleased with my Canon PIXMA TR7020, the representative on line patiently helped me set it up for use on my computer as well as my spouses Ipad.

My older printer died and this is a good replacement. It will take legal paper which my old one did not. It is a little noisier, but not bad. Color is good.

Hate this printer. Have always been a HP owner plus 1x Brother. This printer was an emergency purchase to replace my 5yr old HP printer. The HP had a 4" touchscreen (this is apx 1.5" and NOT touchscreen), the HP was very user friendly and WI-FI / bluetooth apps from phone and laptop a breeze to print wirelessly. This was set up manually to my modem, and when trying to send a doc from my phone, sitting right in front, I spent over 1 hr trying to print 5 pages! I had to reset and reinstall WI-FI connection and bluetooth 2x on Canon printer. Unable to use my Samsung print, Hammermill print app or Canon app. Bought it Mar 2nd in NV, intending to print tax prep docs, before moving mid Mar to NC. It was delivered Mar 4, but I moved cross-country before taking out of box. Set it up in my new home Mar 31st for 1st time and found out it's a total waste of money and NOT use friendly at all. Of course, checking my Best Buy order history, found that the return period expired Mar 26. I'm going to return to my favorite, just friendly brand HP when I go shopping over the weekend. Goodbye Canon. You were a waste of $$ for the printer, addl ink and 4yr Geek Squad .

great quality, worth the money! It was a bit difficult to use at first. They could've done a better job with directions.

I;m not so sure, I have just printed a few things and it could have been what I asked it to print, But I am sure about the Brand which is Canon

Great printer for not a lot of money. A little slow getting started but then satisfactory. Would recommend to anyone looking for good deal.

I like my new Canon Pixma. I had to get used to the slight differences from my old Canon Pixma but overall, it is still a great printer.

I am not a fan of this printer, it prints slow and the ink doesn't last very long at all. It also powers off after a while which is inconvenient when you are downstairs and trying to print from your phone. I hate having to load picture paper in the back feeder, and it takes forever to print a picture. I am not happy with this one.

I had a HP which I returned to Best Buy and replaced it with this Cannon which I really like. Thanks!!

Printer does everything I need it to! Scanning took some time to get adjusted to but it’s great!

Old Canon quite on me. Decided to upgrade to this new Canon model and have been extremely satisfied for my purpose.

Taking this printer back. I have tried everything to get it to pair to my phone or laptop. I had MIS try to pair the printer the computer. After a month, I am returning it to Best Buy and they can deal with it.

this works just fine for our purpose as a home based printer to replace our older canon printer
