I got this printer on sale like 50% off and it's totally worth it. Very good printing quality. Doesn't jam and I feel that this will last for so many years without clogging.

Printer produces excellent results and was very easy to set up. I have had several Canon printers and have had great results!

I’ve had this for about 2 years now and it has worked great. But now, to scan one page it’s breaking that one page into 3 pages. So, one page has 3 separate files saved. Each 1/3 of the initial page I’m trying to scan. Does anyone else have this problem. This is my first problem and I’ve had it for two years which is why I’m rating it good.

As we occasionally use it for photo printing, it has done a great job with the acceptable speed and usage of consumables. The print quality is really good on the Canon papers. Color is kept well for long time (my first print was in 2017). The normal print and scan speed is not its advantage for home office purposes but if you occasionally print a recipe or shipping labor or scan a few pages of stuff. It's a good device that is capable of doing everything in a relax way.

Great printer for the price...prints well...like the individual ink cartridges......rear print or tray print but the one thing that keeps it from 5 stars is you have to manually lift up the panel to print. i store it in the down position and have to lift every time i am ready to print....previously had hp envy and it lifted and closed automaically

Prints well and easy to use; the problem is there doesn't seem to be anything to hold the paper when it shoots out.

Mind blowing good. I do photography work and the picture quality is amazing. It also takes care of my office work very efficiently.

I give this printer high marks for image quality. I also connected it up to my laptop for wireless printing without any trouble at all. I have not had a wireless.printer before this and I'm enjoying that function quality completely. I cannot speak to the longevity of the ink cartridges because I print such a low quantity, only using this printer occasionally when I want color (I have an old black and white laser that I use for simple print jobs.)

Fast printing, good quality photo printing, fast and easy setup, great looking design.

No problems with setup or use. Easy to operate. What prevents this from a 5-star review is the strange design of the front cover. The cover (which contains the display and controls) automatically opens when printing, and then stays open all the time. Forcing it closed feels like you are about to break the cover.

This is a great little printer. Very easy to set up and use. Quality photo printing.

Hard time learning how to change the print tray from the back to the front, other than that it's worked great

We just bought the printer 2 weeks ago and it works really great , it is easy to use and it prints amazing pictures

I like the printer, but connecting it to the Mac via wifi was a bear. Then, it only worked some of the time.It would never wake the printer from the low power mode. I always had to push the power on button to print anything. I did finally give up and I installed an Apple Express Router wifi extender. Plugged the printer into the usb port on the Airport Express and set it up as a USB connect. All works fine that way, and much faster. If I had not got it to work with the Airport Express, I would give it a 1 start. If you want to print in black and white only, you have to select that mode overtime. No way to set Black and White as the default mode... keeps you buying more color cartridges from Canon that way. (PS This is the only printer I've every owned where I could not set B&W as the default print mode.)

So far it seems to be a good printer. Still trying to get all the functions figured out though.
