I bought this item to replace another brand that stopped working. So far it's a very product.No problems at all. On the day I was looking to purchase a representative was in the store who gave details about the product. The big selling point for me was that I won't have to upgrade for awhile with this software. I like the size of the product. Not so bulky and fits perfectly in a small space.

If you are in need of a document but have time to kill, this is the printer for you! Printed out invitations on card stock and a report on regular white paper. Took about 15 minutes to print 20 invites and 10 minutes for an 8 page report.

This thing is sharp, fast and easy to use. Great quality and worth the money.

Awesome printer with a sleek design that allows for Apple Air-Print. I enjoy that it has built in double side printing and a paper tray thats hidden.

This printer was bought as replacement Pixma 4200. I had some problems with installing it. I guess there was a conflict between an old and a new driver. Printer is fast and wireless printing from my tablet did not take time at all.

had to upgrade our printer because old one was not google mesh compatible. this works well. great value for price. we use scan more than print.

Replaced my older b&w laser printer with this one. It doesn't print as quickly, but photo printing looks great and this functions very well.

This printer was easy to set up for wireless printing. It works quickly at printing and copy jobs. The double-sided printing is a nice feature. I replaced an eight year old Canon printer, and this one is an improvement in every way. The only thing I am waiting to see about is the ink usage. I also stayed with Canon because of their excellent support if needed.

The printer prints very well but it is awkward to use. The front door is very awkward to open and the paper is very awkward to change or add paper when it runs out.

OK maybe its just me but I feel this printer was a bit difficult to sync with my phone to print my photos or anything really and it was a little tough being that the manual needed to be downloaded from website and yet still didn't give me a easy enough set up process but like I said maybe its just me but I must say once you set everything up its perfect photo quality and the way it prints two sided and it even comes with installed templates it is great but a little advanced for me

I needed a new printer and did not want to spend a lot of money on something that I do not use but maybe once every two weeks. It was easy to install the ink cartridges and set up. One of the biggest selling points was that it would work on wifi and the ink cartridges would not dry up.

The install on my pc was a pain, kept freezing. Installing the app for my iPhone, iPad, Mac was a breeze. Photos look great. Used it to print labels for our wedding invitations, and their came out good.

Easy to set up, simple to use and excellent printing quality

This is a great 3 in 1 printer. Ink is not that expensive and lasts a long time. Prints with decent resolution. Scanner is quick and easy to use.
