This replaced my fabulous mg6280 all in one. That one was touch screen, this one isn't. However, this TS500 series prints faster! I love the white. Wish I could feed the paper, but thos one has a tray. It works well. I'm pleased. I've been printing color and black ink pages with the starter ink. I'd say 250 pages and it's now warning me to replace the ink. The pages are still full ink, no lightness to the words and colors. Awesome! I highly recommend this printer. No issues connecting to my cell or computer.

Great all around home office printer, totally wireless, from desk top, to iPad, to android phone. Easy setup, nice size, and makes great color photos on photo stock paper.

Quality item fast printing sharp images easy to install and connect with other devices

What drew me to this printer was honestly the price, then the brand. For the price I wasn’t looking for anything fancy, but this printer didn’t disappoint. Easy set up for both computer and iPhone printing. And nice, quality printing. I recommend!

Printer was a breeze to set up . Prints b/w and color flawlessly We returned a different brand because it had a tiny extremely difficult to read and programLCD display. The display on this one is easy to read and is much more intuitive. (It also prints much quieter than our old one)

Slow to the start but is really reliable. Scanning option can only be done one scan at a time. Wi-Fi is a real charm. Once printing starts it moves along free of problems. Instructions needs to be better. But for what I do it does just fine. And for the price, I think you get your bang for the buck. Like I said though, it needs to be able to scan more than one doc at a time. I would consider purchasing one that gives a little more in printing features.

Good for home use. Was pleasantly surprised at ease of set up. Prints much faster than my old Canon. Prints two-sided automatically. Nice compact size. Fits on my work bench alongside my laptop.

So far, I am thoroughly enjoying my new printer. It's fast and relatively quiet. The copies are crisp and clear. The paper is easy to load. I did have some difficulty with the setup, but tech support was helpful. I think this is a great printer, especially for the price. Perfect for my at-home needs!

This is a reasonably priced ink jet printer (I bought it on sale) and was very easy to set up with my new computer. Images are really great.

I used to have a Canon printer a while back. I actually had that thing for probably 15 years with no issues. The only reason I got a new one was because I couldn't get the ink for it anymore and there was no longer any support. I stupidly tried another brand and I HATED it so much I can't even tell you how awful it was. I'll never do that again. I saw this one on sale here at Best Buy and I'm so glad I picked it up. It's easy to use, everything works great and the instructions on the Canon website for everything are very clear and concise. Not all of us know what we're doing with technology after all. I would definitely recommend and buy again.

I love my new Canon printer. I would have given it 5 stars, except for the fact that it was not easy to get it working with my wi fi. After multiple attempts working with the instructions on Canon’s website, I had to call Canon & have one of their customer service reps talk me through a different approach to get it working. But now that it does - it’s great! Faster than my old printer, & easy to use.

Easy setup for wireless connection. Simple controls for everyday use. However more complex features avilable using your smart phone. The print quality is outstanding. Clear, detailed prints. You cannot tell which is the original or the copy

It prints well, but the ink is all in one. Also, it has built-in wireless, so the mobile can print.
