Printing quality from this printer is great! Sometimes we have issues connecting to the wifi but we're not certain if that's our wifi or the printer. I would recommend this printer overall for the quality of work. I can also print from my smartphone which is a plus! Changing ink cartridges is simple.

This printer does a great job printing. Fast, clear and doesn't burn through ink cartridges. Having trouble with the wi-fi connection. It doesn't want to stay connected to my laptop after shutting it down and powering it back up the next day. Seems to be a software problem or it could be my lack of computer knowledge.

I was looking for a printer that would work wirelessly and this was a great value and easy to set up.

The printer is nice but does not easily connect to the Apple IOS operating system. I had the worst time trying to set this printer up using my all MAC environment and to test the connectivity I tried my friend's PC and it worked nicely. Although I returned the printer it did print nicely using the windows operating system.

I just love my little printer. It is smaller than most, but sure does an awesome job printing.

The printer itself has worked fine, and was relatively easy to set up. However, one of the reasons I bought this particular printer was to take advantage of the automatic ink supply program that, according to the label at Best Buy and on the printer box, was available with this model. It is not. Very disappointing.

We mainly intended to use the printer for photos and we’ve been really pleased with the quality so far. Great price for the printer itself, but the real cost is in the ink. You have to fill each color cartridge separately which I actually prefer minus the cost seeming to be higher.

The last two printers I had were terrible. I really had missed my old Kodak printer. It died, and Kodak isn't repairing or making them anymore. And so, there I was, two awful printers later, wondering what kind of printer I was going to find this time. I FOUND A WINNER!! This unit is not even six inches high. Sleek looking. Doesn't hog space or air. And, the way it prints. The colors are awesome! And, although the salesman said it didn't prints 2-sided, it does. Wonderful for our trees. It also scans easily. And prints photos too. The cost of the ink isn't as expensive as the ink for my last two printers. You will love this printer. Thank you, Canon. What a wonderful world I am in. Oh. Makes copies, too!

This is a sleek all in one that is more compact and versatile. Easy install and use.

This printer is perfect for me and my artwork. I was devastated when my Canon pixma of 7 years finally quit. I am an artist so my needs are pretty specific when it comes to printers... So it was important that I be able to see what it could do before I purchased it. I also run a Linux OS, which tends to complicate things so I didn't want to have to go through getting it home and it not doing what I needed it to do. The tech at the store was super friendly and very helpful and knowledgeable. I got to run it through it's paces and it was perfect. Happily purchased it, got it set up and is working perfectly. The print is clear and the photos are professional quality. I am able to shrink and enlarge and view everything before I hit print. The screen is large and readable and love the touch screen. Got the wifi set up so now I can print off my laptop which is windows... And the Bluetooth works great with my tablet. Absolutely a great purchase!
