This printer is everything we wanted and more. It is so easy to use as the screen walks you through each task smoothly with easy to understand directions even for us non technical people. My only complaint is that we had to change the black ink cartridge sooner that I thought should be required fort the little printing that we do.

After using a Canon printer for the last 5 years, I finally had to replace it. After reading many reviews on this printer, I knew this was the one for me. Easy to setup and connect to my wifi, I just use this printer as part of my home office. Print quality is perfect. My only complaint is that my previous printer could scan to a USB and I can't do that with this one. So, you're forced to scan to the cloud and then retrieve it. It's easy enough to work around but that's really my only complaint. I can easily print from my iPhone (it was actually easier to connect the printer to my phone than it was to my computer!). Highly recommended for simple print at home tasks plus scanning and copying have proven to be easy as well.

Easy to set up. I’ve owned a Pixma printer before but it broke so I got this one. This one works just as great and has the AirPrint feature that my other printer did not have. The only thing I don’t like is that the scan cover doesn’t stay up at any position, you have to open it all the way up. Otherwise it’s a great printer.

Pros: In this small package you get a great amount ink and extra picture paper to try it out. A very streamlined finish. A bright colorful touch display that folds up for ease of use and view. Cons: Heavy with poorly thought out components. The scanner cover and scanner it self are all on one mounting bracket. When The scanner is lifted (replace ink cartridges and clear jams) the weight wants to close itself. So if you do not open it slowly and verify that it is in the up position it may slam down and cause a quick panic attack. Also the hinge for he screen itself is not best design. Although this hinge is a bit more sturdier than scanner I can’t help but feel it made of the sameness weak plastic. Also just use it - at least in my case - you have to press the power button before printing or making copies. Kind of a draw back since there are other canon printers that are always on standby for less money.

Nice features. I have used it for almost a month and it has begun making noises. May have to use my warranty a lot sooner than anticipated. Cartridges are expensive in the store, so is 4x6 photo paper. They don't come in one package either. I also don't like how it went on sale for $30 less than what I paid, but I couldn't get an adjustment because you put it on sale 1 day after the 14 day period. :( I would recommend it for under $100 since most photos have come out nice. Wish it also had a thumb drive and could read the paper whwn it's the same on its own versus having to register it each time paper is loaded.

I found the printer to be very easy to install. It does take about 40 minutes or so with the software install and the ink cartridges so is not just a plug and go printer. I also found most of the screen guidelines useful and enough to walk me through the process without needing to refer to the manual. Most of the screen is intuitive to navigate through with the exception of locating how to change paper size at the printer versus the app you are printing from. Love the wireless and that you can access online apps such as Facebook and the Cloud directly as well as a sdcard. And it also has NFC capability if that is how you want to set communication up with your devices. All in all a great printer.

This printer is very high quality results for amateur and professional jobs. I am amazed at the resolution and color results of my projects. I've only had it for two months. Ink use seems average. The set-up is very easy and instructions are easy to follow. I am still getting use to some of the tools and extras, all of which are very nice. My only ? is that it seems a bit noisy. I mean, it isn't obnoxious, but the printer lets you know it is in operation mode. I would purchase this again. I feel it meets all my needs and then some. I don't need to try and find anything better.

Does everything you need, easily and pretty stylishly. Printing via wi-fi and Airprint work flawlessly. Quality and speed of printing is solid. Nice big screen for menu selection. Good value at the price and I've had my previous Canon printers last years.

Amazing how the price of printers has dropped so dramatically over the past few years. This is a really nice printer from Canon...great black and white printing while also offering excellent color rendition and resolution on photo printing. The fact that it's also an all-in-one device is icing on the cake, as you can print/copy/scan easily from the device, and wireless connectivity was simple and straightforward. Overall an excellent product at a competitive price.

Printer performed well, and the price was right. The small footprint is ideal, and it has all major functions I wanted. The duplex printing mode is slower than the original MG 52300 I owned, however it is not a significant part of my modus operandi.

This was a great price for a printer, copier, scanner and from a well-known brand, too. Got great reviews and they were correct. But, I find it to be noisy since it sits near my computer chair and it needs to prime the jets before printing and again immediately after the job is done. I am used to the noise now but hope they will find a way to eliminate that in future models. The print quality is good but, again, not as good as my old Dell printer which had become obsolete. All-in-all, I am happy with this printer.

Slim, compact look. Attractive folding, collapsible option. Clear printing. Easy operation. What not. I am satisfied. Also resonable price.

I bought this as a replacement for an older Canon printer. The setup was a little more complex than what I was used to but it wasn’t too bad. I was surprised at how fast it prints! It was a huge difference from what I was used to. I definitely recommend this printer if you can get it on sale.

For a home printer it is great will print front and back in color or black and white. USB or wireless Easy to use . I think for the Price of this Canon Printer can't be BEAT.

Great print quality, quick, excellent photo prints. More than pleased with it and the price was spot on - we even signed up for the auto ink program so that will be simple as well. No doubt that will be helpful for those last minute term papers and reports while my son is in college.

Premier printer for a bargain price. Had an HP Photosmart for about 10 years and it finally stopped working. Found this great deal walking around the store and Best Buy was great at price matching their online price. Print lots of school work and business items. So far so good.

The TS9020 is a decent printer both in quality and flexibility. The lack of an automatic document feeder is a minor shortcoming but for the price I’m okay with that. Good compatibility with AirPrint. The Canon software, at least for Mac, is not very useful; it doesn’t do anything that can’t be dome with native MacOS apps and shows nagware messages a little too often, particularly if you have more than one user on the computer. I would skip the software if I had it to do over again, and have removed it from my Mac.
