This printer is a little complicated to set up. I accidentally closed out the start up help program and had no way to get it started again. The paper jammed and could not clear the error code. Took it back to Best Buy, and they gave me a new one. Following the on screen instructions I was able to get it working. It is not intuitive, and shuts itself off and then difficult to recognize the computer to print. I do recommend it, but with reservations. The quality of the print is very good. .

I ordered this printer during the Black Friday sale in 2017 and paid less than a set of ink cartridges. It produces beautiful color photos and sharp black and white documents. It is easy to set up (in my case USB) to my PC and is also easy to use with my Android phone thanks to the Canon printing App and the printer's easy to use interface. I'm happy that I stayed with Canon when I decided to replace my aging PIXMA MP210. The Canon TS9020 is a great step up.

It was time to retire my 10 year old Canon Pixma printer. Naturally I stuck with the brand that has served me well for years and I haven't been disappointed. Set and use is easy and the results, particularly with photos up to size 8 x10 rival the prints I received from online printing services. It does a fine job with your documents and anything else you want to print as well.

I purchased this printer because it was on sale and i wanted something better than what i had. It works great and it’s very easy to use. The touch screen on it make it look very classy. The part i love the most is that i can print wirelessly from my phone or tablet. This is extremely useful and easy to set up. Got my brother a Bluetooth keyboard and he can now type and print papers from his tablet. Didn’t have to go out and spend money on a laptop.

It took me several week to get around to removing this printer from the box but when I did I found it rather easy to get going. Pictures print well.

Needed a printer to sync with my iPhone and iPad an this fits the bill nicely at a $100 price. Prints faster than my old Canon and on both sides.

Perfect little inkjet printer for home use. I am very glad that I could print pictures with this printer as well as Wi-Fi which made it very easy to set up with use of my new computer.

Needed a small printer. Working good so far. Only issue is it goes to sleep when not in use, so I have to go over to it to wake it up, by pressing power button, when I want to use it

I just bought it I haven't printed anything yet, but the setup is really nice and for the price I got it during Black Friday it was $200. I got it for $70 I believe its really nice

I bought this for my son, freshmen at MSU. Works very well and Best Buy had this $200 printer on sale over the Holidays for $69.99. Great printer and price was even better!

Canon makes another incredible printer that can print lab quality photos on fine art paper. Easy and quick setup, and even more functionality from my I phone. I love the fact that I can access Instagram right from the printer and print 5X5 photos. Definitely a Winner!! It even has wifi direct and pretty good ink consumption. Ink is fairly priced but can be found cheaper online. The "setup" cartridges that come with the printer are actually full size regular cartridges, no starter cartridges here. I wanted something similar to my old MG 7120. This printer is great for printing out all types of photos, would highly recommend!

The pictures printed look beautiful and it connects easily with my computer, phone, and iPad.

Amazing printer, turns on by itself once activated to print from source, opens up and closes making it so compact. It is bigger then I expected but amazing quality printing

This printer does print really nice pictures however, anytime I try to print from the bottom tray it gets a paper jam. So I only use the top tray for printing. Because it's wireless it doesn't always print what I want immediately. I tried printing 1 page off the other day and it didn't print until hours later, and this is not due to wifi issues.

I had been using the same printer for several years and finally upgraded to this Canon printer. It has been a great decision so far.

I really like the compact printer not taking up too much room. Was a little hard to set up. Had to watch a YOUTUBE video a few times.

Great print quality for pictures as well as everything else. Easy to use and convenient size.

I purchased this printer to replace an Epson Artisan 810 thst has been dying a slow death. I needed a printer that was going to meet my crafing needs. So far all of my print jobs have been in fantastic quality. I thought the setup took a little time but it has been worth it. Not only has it done all my print jobs without complaint (unlike my epson) it is compact (unlike my epson) and pretty to look at.
