I bought this printer and let’s just say, it was an inexpensive way to go. It was easy to set up and link to my phone. I love being able to print from my phone simple by pushing a button. However, this unit turns off after a period of inactivity, which frustrates me. I can’t tell you how many times I go to get something I’ve printed only to find the machine had turned off. Also I don’t like how the front part of the machine opens up and the tray holding your copy come out. This is loud and it sounds like your printer is going to break! I think it’s is unnessary and it’s a moving piece that will probably break. Quality of printing is fine. I have’t printed any pictures yet, so can’t comment on photo quality. I love how it prints back to back. I say I’d recommend it, but I would include the negative aspects and let them decide.

I really needed a printer that could handle the pictures that I was printing. This printer was recommended by a sales associate and has surpassed all of my expectations. Prints beautiful pics.

Firstly, this printer is sturdy and compact. The colors are AMAZING for printing photos, which it does super fast! The wifi function is great, and print speeds are lightning quick...even the bluetooth printing function is great, although slightly slower than wifi speed, which is to be expected. VERY happy with this very affordable and functional printer for home office use!

I purchased this unit as a replacement for one that had similar specs, but is no longer manufactured. The print and scan quality are both excellent and the speed is very reasonable for the price range. It looks nice sitting in my home office. Here are some pros and cons I have found after using the unit for a month: Pros: - print and scan quality are excellent - print and scan speed are excellent - you can start scans from the unit or from your computer - software is comprehensive and fairly intuitive to use - supports printing from my Android cell phone and tablet Cons: - scanning interface is non-standard. This means you cannot easily scan into applications like Word, PaperPort, or Photoshop. The scanner should support ISIS, TWAIN and WIA, but doesn't support any of these. - the software is extensive. Some of the programs need to be combined. - the printer ink is expensive compared to many other brands - installation is a bear. I had to install it on two Windows 10 computers and it did not install properly on one of them. I eventually got it working but, come on, this is 2018, installation should be a snap. I spent 6 hours installing the printer and the software on two Windows 10 PCs - and I'm a professional. - no manual provided. You have to download it or access it online (requires internet connection) - installation instructions need to be rewritten. They are not simple - Their website is difficult to use. Finding information about the printer on their site is very difficult unless you use the URLs provided in the instructions. You just can't get there from cannon.com. It can't be easily done. - the unit comes in three colors. Best Buy only carries black - the scanner would be much, much more useful with a sheet feeder

I bought a media tower that's somewhat narrow at around 16 inches internal width. Most printers for sale are very wide like the HP envy 4500 series I used to use. I also have my router on top of the media tower and wanted to wire the printer directly to the network in lieu of using the wireless function. This was the only printer I could find that was compact enough and also had Ethernet as well as wireless. I gave it only 4 stars because it does seem a little slow printing as well as initializing when starting up. The ink could also be costly with 5 or 6 separate cartridges. I will probably need to look out for sales or some other discount plan. From the limited use so far, it seems to print nicely. The paper tray underneath extends when printing and retracts when shutting down which is different. There is also a paper feeder on the backside which I haven't used yet. Price was great at 59.99 on sale.

I really enjoy this printer! I have slight issues with sending docs to my laptop but if I print something via bluetooth from my phone, it works perfectly till it turns off again. The quality is great, it isnt too loud and I feel it's fairly easy to figure out.

I purchased a PRO-100 prior to this, and it wasn't straightforward to setup online, and it broke down during its first print. In contrast, this model was quick and easy to setup, its photo quality fits my needs for personal photo printing, and it has a relatively small footprint. Pleased with my purchase.

Purchased as extra printer. Easy to set up and easy to use. Quality is good for everyday printing. Have not printed pictures yet.

This is exactly what I wanted, user friendly, easy to install and work! Great price too!

Easy set up and great performance. Does great pictures. Regular copies are not as high quality as an office printer but that is not why I bought this. It gets the job done for what I need at the house. It is also compact. The printer front expands with normal printing and then has to be pushed back in manually.

In 2015, we bought a printer but found out the hard way that it needed to be on all the time to keep the printer head clean. In additional, it wouldn't read the cartridge. We needed another printer so this time we did some research. We wanted a printer that doesn't waste energy and doesn't have cartridge issue. This printer does it job and then turns itself off if it's not being used. We haven't had it long enough to know if we would run into any issues.

I love this printer! It fits perfectly on the short file cabinet. Takes up very little space. Is very sleek. Prints great, especially text. When you go to print a tray comes out automatically to catch the printed page, so cool. A $200 printer that Best Buy had on sale for $59, and yes, it came with ink.

So far so good. Had this printer for about three weeks and so far it's done really well. I am only using this for my kids school work and the occasional photo print. But the photo quality seems really well. As of right now I would recommend this for home use.

The copies and pictures come out beautifully. Very user friendly.

Had his printer for a little over a month now and it’s been great so far. Used it to print directly on DVD’s and they look great. Love how simple it is to set up and use the WiFi printing. So far it has been reliable. My previous model had to be reset often and was a pain to set up.

I usually buy Cannon printers and when I searched for top rated this printers this one came up. It wasn't hard to set up and I can print from my living room to the printer upstairs.

Wanted to wait before I put a review on this one we've had it for almost a year now and it works phenomenal. Still prints very well easy to use from your phone and very well priced.

This printer was a breeze to set up. I love that I can print from all my devices. The small size is convenient also. I highly recommend it. The print quality is fantastic. Crisp lettering and clear graphics.
