This was definitely worth the $250 price tag. Besides the great battery life; this camera takes sharp and high resolution images and is easy to use. The mode button gives you the option to have automatic settings or manual if you choose to be creative with your pictures. The only down fall I found on this camera was that the optical image stabilization wasn't that great. Attempts to move around and shoot ended up in blurry images.

This camera is really impressive. Canon always delivers a good quality product. I have no complaints with the camera thus far. The reason I got this one over the 1000IS is because the later uses double-A batteries, which I think is something that canon has definitely done too much of in this generation. Surprisingly good macro mode, good for taking pictures of my collection of computer mice, and un-boxing shots of other gadgets!

This is a great camera for a very good price. I've enjoyed it so far in that it has a good battery life, a pretty good flash, a good zoom function, and takes quality pictures. There are definitely higher end cameras, but this is great for what it does and is very compact. I'm quite happy with it.

I have had this camera for about three months now and have taken alot of pictures with it. The quality is unbelievable truly the best pictures I have every taken. This camera is also very easy to use I am not real good with the function of electronics but this is a camera anyone can use.

Canon is known to make quality cameras. This one is easy to use. The screen is large enough to view the pictures clearly. Pictures always come out very clear. The only complaint I have is the method of transferring the pictures to the computer. It is not the most user-friendly program.

This was my first digital camera purchase and I absolutely love it. The picture quality is incredible when I compared it to my girlfriends 8.5 megapixel camera that was a year old. Make sure you regularly check the prices at other stores so you can price match it with Best Buy!!!

My daughter takes amazing pictures with this camera. The quality is terrific, it is so easy and logical to use. It even takes videos. Have not had any "red-eye" problems. The view screen is great -- bigger than any I've ever seen and very clear. I'm going to get one for my son next!

Awesome camera! Great for point and shoot. Kid & pets setting is great. The quality of the pictures is really good, my friend has a nikon and her pictures don't have the same clarity. Great camera for a great price.

All was looking for was a small camera that takes good quality pics. Video w/sound was just an added bonus. I received this camera as a gift a few days ago and have been taking various pics in different lighting and I have not been disappointed yet. Pics are crisp and clear.

I am a big fan of canon's digital cameras. I started out with Kodak, but have found through the years that I never have a complaint with my camera and that Canon is doing a great job improving products every year. I will continue to enjoy my Canon now and in the future!

great camera that takes great pictures. It's good to have for the casual picture taker because it's portable and has a long battery life. Also my girlfriend has the same camera and she is a serious picture taker and it produces sharp quality pictures.

Love it!! This has been the best camera that I have ever had. Good zoom and good quality of pics. Love the big screen. My favorite part is the lithium battery no more buying batteries that don't last long. This camera is worth the buy!

Size, weight, feel, picture quality are all excellent on this little marvel. I tried it at the store and knew I would be back to get it. Cannon quality has been incredible and so far no problems.

This is a great little camera, even my 9 year old grandson figured out how to use it in a short time. It takes very good pictures. I would recommend it for anyone wanting a small camera that takes good pictures and is easy to use.

I've only had this camera a couple of weeks and so far I am very happy with it. I like the size of it. It takes good action shots. (I've been using it at my son's college football games.)
