Worked great in my Canon EOS 77D for my ireland trip. Used it for a good part of a few day trips in a row and it stayed at almost full battery for almost a full week (still showed 3 bars when we got home) impressive thing!

You gotta have at least one extra battery right? Only gripe would be the price, but they know you ain't coming back for years so the price is what it is.

I decided to purchase this extra Canon battery for my Canon T8i so that I will always have a ready to use battery. There is nothing more disappointing than being out taking photos and your battery goes dead. So with a spare, I am always prepared.

I purchased a new camera and because the battery life was reported to be limited I purchased a second battery. I am very happy with this decision, the battery life on the camera is better than I had anticipated but since I primarily use the camera while backpacking and have no way to recharge I wanted a back up. With 2 batteries I was able to spend 10 days in the back country and take some video and over 500 pictures. My biggest wish was that canon had a charger that was compatible with solar capability.

Thank goodness for a quality OEM part. I previously cut corners and bought a generic battery for my camera and it lasted about a month. I know I can trust Canon to send quality and should have done it long ago. Only downfall is that these batteries aren't cheap.

Bought it as an extra battery and works well, charges just like the battery that comes with canon cameras

It's a battery that was wrong size so I couldn't use it. But I'm sure it works

Good solid battery. Very expensive for what you get so value isnt there. But there are not many 3rd party options either.

Title pretty much says it all. Battery works great and charges quickly. The price of the mess things are just way to high for a perishable item.

So. My I used my T6i. It discharged. I charged the battery and it never turned back on. I took a risk buying this battery because I didn’t know if it was actually the battery that was faulty or something else. It was & it worked great:D!

Yes, 3rd party batteries are cheaper, but in my experience, it’s worth the extra couple dollars to buy the camera brand’s batteries!!

Nice battery to have as a back up. Wish it would charge quicker.

I needed a back up battery - for a camera I'd purchased from Best Buy the day prior - and was happy to have found it in the store since I had a photo gig the same day and would need an extended battery life. The employee who assisted me was very helpful and led me right to what I needed.

Great as usual being original, working great but not dependable as original compared to generic cost , may finish earlier than standard expected shots

So I'm not utilizing my DSLR for shooting models or anything, so I do not need an excessively huge battery life... I just travel and take many pictures, so this is just a good back up for me. On average I take about 300 photos a day, so this works just fine

This little battery does the job, its better to have a backup!
