Makes perfect iced tea. The only complaint is the glass pitcher. The glass is very thin. I'm sure it will break within the fir year. It would have been better if the picture was made from plastic or a more durable glass.

This iced tea maker is easy to use and makes excellent iced tea. It allows you to control the strength of the tea.

This iced tea maker was recommended to me by the sales associate who sold me the over-the-range microwave. She was persuasive without being pushy. I alternate between using this product and another iced tea maker that I purchased previously but with which I had trouble due to a fragile pitcher. I recommend this recent purchase to anyone desiring a quality product for making iced tea (just follow the instructions and recommendations!).

Overall the idea is great, but the carafe is really fragile and the brewing area has a tendency to overflow.

This tea maker is really cool. I gave it to my mom for Christmas and she uses it all the time. It does it all for you, preheats the tea and all you have to do is add ice to the carafe (plus lemon and sugar or orange slices). Works better than I thought it would! I didn't receive free product or a discount for this review.

I was looking to get one of these for a good price when the, "Daily Deal" came up one morning. This is pretty neat. It does what it should do, cleans up easily and makes great tasting tea. The glass carafe is made of very thin glass, so extra caution is needed when using it.

I don't have to wait all day for coffee, why should I have to wait all day for tea. This thing is awesome! Start it up when I start breakfast/lunch/dinner and perfect iced tea is ready brfore everything else is.

Removable tank and basket make this convenient to use. Plus its look makes leaving it out on the counter possible. Only way to improve would be to have a second lid to use for storage of the pitcher in the refrigerator.
