This makes the best ice tea ever. Simple to use and the large glass carafe with the measurements on it make this simple to use. You can just set it and it will automatically shut itself off. Great in the summer

I really like using this. Its easy and convenient. You're not having to stand over it while you can be doing other things. Doesn't take long at all to make tea. Taste like restaurant style.

Pitcher broke a month after purchase. Dropped a cube of ice in it and broke a hole in it. Thin glass. When you brew the tea, water leaked out of the top.

Great machine you can use tea bags or loose tea to make a great glass of fresh brewed iced tea. Love that you get the glass canister to put it in and store.

Very slim and elegant looking doesn't take up a lot of space on the counter, the container is glass , I think it's very elegant looking.

This tea maker was $60+ and the pot broke after 2 uses while using it as intended. I returned the item and got a 2nd unit and the same thing happened after a one use. The glass pot at room temperature would shatter when the hot water/tea being made hit the ice within the pitcher (to make Iced tea). I returned that unit as well and just got my money back.

My old Ice Tea maker was cracked and plastic. Saw this on "Today only special" and it works great.
