Waste of money

Great I thought. Now I can make tea. WRONG. Put water and tea in the machine, plugged the cord in and the brewing process started without pushing the start button. After the brewing cycle stopped I waited about a half an hour for the machine to cool down and tried it again. Wouldn't start. The on button was kind of cocked. It wasn't packed well in it's box so I imagine it was damaged in shipment. Called the company again and was informed I would have to send it back to have it evaluated and then they would send me a replacement. WRONG. Took it back to Best Buy and purchased a Cuisinart DGB-650BC coffee maker. It makes great iced tea and coffee and grinds coffee beans. It was more money but I feel it was well worth it.

What a waste

Replaced the glass pitcher twice and then tossed the whole machine. Think of the as the jaguar Land Rover product of kitchen items. Looks gorgeous but dependability is a zero!

Problems

The glass pot feels like it is dainty. When carrying the tea pot, it feels like the glass handle is going to break off. It looks great with my stainless and black appliances. I am thinking of returning this item.
