    I had this grinder for about 1.5 months, and thus far we are really pleased with the price and the quality. It grinds evenly and is fairly quiet. We use it daily for coarse-medium grind. Have not tried yet the fine grind.

    This is my second Capresso. I use mine exclusively for my French press. The coarsest grind is even and perfect for my press.

    I purchased this product as NEW from best buy, I opened the product, it has grounded coffee powder everywhere, was literally used. Great job, Best Buy.

    I was disappointed. It grinds the beans, but the grounds go flying and get stuck all over due to static in the collection hopper area. Took 3 or 4 tries to grind a 12oz bag of beans, and was a huge mess. Definitely not a good experience.
