This game becomes easily one of my favorites from 2014. The levels are easy and some present you a real challenge. It's unusual not to have the ability to jump but that is not a downside because makes you think differently on how to solve the levels. I would agree the game is short, but the extra content makes it worth it. it has good replay value since is always fun to go back and discover new ways to beat a level.

Finally , Toad gets his own game. And it is awesome. Great fun, can be a real brain burner.

If you've played Super Mario 3D World your familiar with the extra Toad challenges that appear in each world. This game is just several of those types of challenges. The player guides Toad through a small structure without the ability to jump while collecting items and avoiding enemies. These stages were very enjoyable in Super Mario 3D World and also this game, but the stages do not take very long and thus the game is over pretty quickly. I would have liked if the stages were a bit more elaborate then what was seen in 3D World.

Game is amazing! The graphics are great and my kids and I enjoy playing on rainy days.

Arguably the most delightful surprise from Mario 3d World were Toad's puzzling treasure levels that tested your mind without cost to the fun. Each addictive, humorous, fun level of Toad's Treasure Tracker challenges gamers to solve puzzles with only their minds at the creativity of Nintendo's game designers. At its reasonable price, high fun factor, and inherent charm, Toad's adventure is one worth taking.

Great puzzles with not too hard and not too easy difficulty. Game is a lot of fun!

Bought this for a six year old and he struggled to adjust to the camera angle. However, it is very challenging and entertaining.

Unique gameplay, good price point, can't go wrong if you like the Mario universe

The controls for this game are a little weird, but in time, I got used to them. In a Mario game, when I used the A-B-X-Y buttons to help control Mario, X is dash. Now it's a zoom in feature. It's almost never useful, for it's way too close, but it didn't affect my playing experience. The Y button turns on and off your headlamp, which is just really cute to see Captain Toad do.

This game is so fun. A great puzzle game with lots of re-playability.

I was wary at first before buying this since it relies so much on the gamepad, but it is great. Simple, yet challenging for those who want a tougher experience. Even my 6 and 8 year olds can play it, and we want to go back for more. Using the Toad amiibo unlocks an additional mode.

I was not expecting this game to be as much fun as it is. First it seems kind of easy which is great for young kids, like my 6 year old son, but as you progress the levels get more challenging. I like that it really it provides a puzzle and maze like brain teaser challenges for my son, more than the usual kill the bad guys by jumping or throwing stuff at them.

Captain Toad was not on my radar at all. In fact, I was worried when I saw it was entirely like the CT levels in Super Mario 3D World. Well, worry not, because this isn't a rehash at all---we have a totally new game here, with control and gameplay elements that are totally exclusive to this entry. He may not jump, but Captain Toad soars above the competition!

This great for pick up and play for long or short periods of time. There are tons of levels and fun boss stages

This is a great puzzle game to buy, however this game can be a bit short if you do not take the time to complete it 100%. It will take you about 4 hours to go through the first time and then another 2-3 hours to try and 100% it. Overall, this will be the best 7-8 hours you ever spend on an original puzzle game and I cant wait for a sequel!!!

It's a fun collection of short mini games. It's great for people of all skill levels, especially beginners.

This game is so much fun. I love everything about it. For me it is one of the best games on any platform in a long time. The levels are delightful and interesting with the right mix of challenge. And I can sit down and spend a few minutes to play just one level... or spend longer if I have it. This is a must-have game for any Wii U owner.
