I did some research before purchasing my Casabrews-CM5418 espresso machine and it turns out all the reviews were accurate. Great machine for beginners starting out in espresso world, quality machine parts, takes up little space, powerful, and it actually makes a good cup of espresso. At one point I messaged the company with questions and the emailed me back within 12 hours. Very impressive compared to other companies these days. Like other reviews, the plastic tamper provided is pretty cheap but I'm making do until I buy a good one. I spent some time in Italy last fall so this is my new found European joy. Definitely a great starter machine. I wouldn't be surprised if I have this for years.
