This cover does an excellent job of protecting the Nexus, I've even dropped it a time or two resulting in no damage, but I like to carry it in my pocket and this cover is not slick enough to allow that easily.

I tried multiple cases before I settled on this one. The case is high quality, is a great fit and highly functional!

fit well, and very good oem qualify, no auto wake up function is a drawback

I ended up switching out this case for the white one also made by Google purely because the white went on sale, but I loved them both! They fit my Nexus 7 (2013 - 2nd gen) perfectly without any slippage.

Very dull & takes some getting used to, but since this had a small etched 'Google' written in the inner side, i added this to cart, 2 months of usage & i'm a voracious reader on my Nexus 7, the threads from the fabric at the back have already started piling, at $20 this is expensive, there are better covers

The case is great! I love the build quality and design, and it feels very sturdy. It's a great eye cater too, with the bold red and white design!

This was purchased as a gift for my son who loves the product for protecting his tablet. He did some research on what product would be best as well as the appearance and chose this.

Case fits the Nexus 7 good. Nice material and quality built. The only thing missing is the auto sleep/wake-up when opening or closing the flap, or else it's 5 stars review.

Durable and stylish case from Google. Looks good and good fit on 2nd generation nexus.

If the button area had some kind of rubber over it to make pressing the keys easier it would be grand, but it doesn't and its hard to press buttons with this case on. The only good thing is the design.

I love my nexus case because it doesn't make my device bulky plus it does protect it. Its very sleek and slim.

This is a nice case that is not bulky. It's pricey for what you get and it doesn't automatically unlock device when opening it.

This is by far the best case available for the 2nd-gen Nexus. Most other cases don't quite have the tight fit that this one does. My only complaint is that there is no clasp or strap to hold the cover closed when I'm carrying it and thats not a problem 99% of the time.

I love this. I bought one from Google Play and it broke within a few days. I got this one an it's sooo much more study and it's easy to flip/use. Kudos!

The case is attractive and fits all the openings on the tablet perfectly. But it doesn't have a stand or move horizontally so the tablet can't be adjusted.

After picking up a couple of cheap cases off amazon and ebay, I noticed this official Google case go on sale at BestBuy and decided to give it a try. I am truly glad I did. From the packaging to the product itself, the product just oozes refinement and professional polish. It actually enhances the coolness of the Google Nexus 7. The case/cover fits snugly with no give or fear of it falling off. Access to all ports with no issues. And the cover folds to provide 2 stand positions. This is where the polish shows as well because when it is folded into stand position I have confidence that it will stay in that position without wobbling or falling out. Which is what happens to me with my cheap cases. Finally, I got the white case with red trim. At first I thought the white would get dirty quickly, but it has been a month and no smudges, no discoloring, no paint wearing off. The red trim in my mind also makes it feel like "racing stripes" on this very fast and cool tablet. One caveat is that do not expect this case to provide any "otterbox or ballistic" like impact protection. While the corners are reinforced, the corners are both plain plastic and faux leather, no fancy rubber or air or fancy gell encapsuled technology to protect it. Buy one, especially when it is on sale, and you will not regret it.

Fits perfect it is way better than the cheap case I bought on amazon.

Good solid fit, easy to hold. denim finish feels nice.

White cover shows dirt easily, although light dog hair does not (would on black) :-)
