We specifically asked the customer representative if this case would protect the phone if it fell. My cat knocked the phone over & the case broke, luckily the phone was okay. Spent over $80.00 on a case that lasted about a month!!

My wife wanted more for the sparkles than the protection.. works well

Not happy with the quality considering the price. Gems/jewels are falling out with normal us . Should be designed to withstand normal use without falling apart.

The case is gorgeous online, and looks to be more of a true turquoise in the picture, however when I received it, the blue stones look more like an emerald green. I honestly like it better, but I can see where some purchasers may be turned off by this. All in all it seems to be of a high quality. I've been using it for a week, and where I'm a bit rough on my phone, no stones have fallen out yet. It seems more sturdy than some of the Case Mate cases I've purchased in the past. The price is a little steep, which is why I gave the product 4 starts instead of 5, but I've received tons of compliments on the case already. I feel like it was a solid purchase and that I'll be using this case for quite sometime.

I love this case. Although it's cute and flashy it's very tough. It's expensive but it's worth it because it provides ultimate protection for your phone and it comes with a tool to remove the case when you're ready to change it out. I'm hoping Best Buy stock more colors of the same case.

So when I first saw this case I was in love! It's so beautiful, so as soon as I got it I checked the reviews to see if it's a good case that will protect my phone. Well first of let me tell you how many reviews it got for the way it looked! BEAUTIFUL! And I totally agree! It's two cases so the case with the shiny stuff is probably the cheapest part of the whole case! The little buttons came off which make it impossible for me to switch the silent button on the side for iPhone OFF and on... :( It's so beautiful but I honestly reccomend you get the outter case or find another cheap (but beautiful) case. THIS ONE IS NOT WORTH THE MONEY! REGRET BUYING IT! It's for show not for protection and the second case that goes on top of the clear case is cheap! One thing I do like is that the crystals stay on! But the outside of it is cheap!
