Love it for a minute

It does not last long. Usually starts leaking fairly quickly, as this one did as well. It was on clearance, though, so I assumed I was not the only person who had returned them in the past. Fun and entertaining, but just for a brief time. And the iPhone XS case was much thicker and heavier than earlier phone versions.

When I called the company they told me not their problem their product doesn’t leak into phones.

An air bubble in any waterfall case is going to be normal as these cases are much like snow globes and lava lamps. Once the mineral oil starts to move around, it can capture the small amount of air that was originally in the case and create an air bubble. Second one didn’t flow properly. Like it leaked out the fluid or was never filled properly. Ultimately got money back and bought a quality case.
