Beautiful and Fun iPhone Case

This case is sturdy and protective, not to mention really pretty. My kids love watching the glitter move up and down through the liquid whenever they are bored. As other reviewers have mentioned, the case is slightly bulkier than others, but the prettiness makes it well worth it. This is a well made case that gets a lot of compliments. You won’t regret buying one of these.

Day 2, I noticed a small air bubble on the base of the case in the waterfall feature. Today, the bubble has quadrupled in size. I imagine it will get progressively worse. Disappointed and will buy a new case. However, the protection seems to be okay so far.

We're sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction with your case. An air bubble in any waterfall case is going to be normal as these cases are much like snow globes and lava lamps. Once the mineral oil starts to move around, it can capture the small amount of air that was originally in the case and create an air bubble. With that being said, if that air bubble continuously grows or you start to notice an oily residue on the outside of the case let us know immediately and we would be more than happy to process a warranty claim and issue you a replacement case.While most air bubbles will be "normal", we do understand that not everyone will like them. They only negative part is that I can't take it off! I like to switch up my cases but I really cannot remove this. I guess it's a good thing.

It was easy to put on and was pretty to look at. But then it started leaking oil from the inner back panel. And I have no idea why. I did submit a warranty claim. Case mate offers a lifetime warranty, so hopefully I will my replacement soon.
