For as many times she drops her phone, it is well protected in this case! Easy to put on, good material and appealing to the eye. It is nice that it is thin and makes it easier to get in and out of my purse or pocket. Has been dropped a couple of times without hurting the phone.

It seems like it will do a reasonable job of protecting the phone. There are several issues for me. 1. The case was not easy to put on. It may not be fully seated into the plastic if you are not careful. The bottom portion looks as if it is crooked. 2. The material is slick and does not give confidence that it will stay in your hand. The back of the phone has oil slick "bubbles" that is not attractive. The clear cases (on black phone) makes it look larger. 3. The silent switch is hard to reach. 4. The power/volume buttons have some play and can rattle, which may be annoying.

The two-piece is the easy to assemble, by securing the silicon bumper first and attaching the hard shell back cover. The Naked Tough case is a solid case, that does not contain any liquid. Case-Mate does have a case that contains a non-toxic mineral oil and glitter, which is the Naked Tough Waterfall series. All of Case-Mate brand cases, have an indent opening where the silent switch is located on the iPhone's. It is easier to reach with a thumb nail. The power buttons fit securely within the silicone bumper and are easily removed for cleaning purposes. Please be advise that when you purchase a new Case-Mate case, it also comes with a lifetime warranty. The lifetime warranty covers damages and defects to Case-Mate brand products. The warranty is only valid if you still have the originally purchased Case-Mate item. With the lifetime warranty, you will receive a new replacement case exact to the case you originally purchased. Lightweight and thin

I had bought a different one for mine but returned and got this one instead because I liked it better. It is great how thin it is. I have already dropped it and it did not break. The best thing for me though is how easy the buttons are to press. I have not had a case this easy before and it is nice. It is the simple things that make a difference.

It also does an incredible job protecting the phone in my opinion, as I am someone who drops mine somewhat regularly. Because it extends beyond the screen I have never had any cracks or shattering. I keep buying this case over and over and am glad Best Buy had it on sale for my most recent repurchase!
