    This was a gift for my niece who is 5 years old. She loved the stories on the DVD. The quality of the DVD was also good.

    This particular video is one of our favorites in the series. It does an excellent job about teaching about some of the body's functions and miraculous jobs, covering skin, eating/digestion, heart beats, bones, and sneezing. I think it's a bit expensive for the amount of episodes you're getting on this one DVD, but it is a fun series of videos that both educate and entertain kids at the same time.

    The few segments in this video go over how the skin has "super powers" and heals, the bones, why stomachs make rumbling noises (chewing, swallowing, stomach), why/how hearts pump faster, and what makes you sneeze. My son has a few other cat in the hat series, but since we got this one, he keeps asking for it.
