Bought my first CAT B15 phone 7 years ago. Lasted 3 years. Then bought CAT S60 with built-in flir camera. Lasted 4 years before I finally, after countless failed attempts, cracked the screen. I was still using it except for the battery life was finally on its last legs. This CAT S41 has almost the same features as the S60 minus the flir camera. Didn't use it enough to justify the added cost. I am in the trades and also have a small cattle ranch. My previous phones have been dropped, stepped on, covered with sawdust on a daily basis, dropped in the lake and just about any other abuse you can throw at it. It just keeps going and going. This is a no frills bulletproof phone. The camera takes decent pics, not great. The video might be slower than some models, but I'm OK with that because that's not my thing. I pulled my sim card out from my other phone, stuck it in this one and was up and running from home in a matter of minutes. Not bad for a completely tech savvy less guy. So far, this phone performs just like my last two. I am expecting another 4 years outta this one again. Love these bulletproof CAT phones.

Great phone so far. (1 week) Easy to set up, easy to use. It is a heavy duty phone. Bigger than my old phone however it is lighter which is a plus.

My college age son keeps dropping his phone and so, he needed something really durable. This phone fit the bill. Its a fairly compact size and seems to be almost indistructable. He loves it so, everyone is happy.

My Husband & Son needed to have a phone that is durable...THIS phone fit the bill for them. Both are in the Military and are very hard on phones. This is also very easy for your carrier to set up for you.

Could not use was not a sprint compatible phone. Had to return.

Phone works good and it is rugged. It is good for someone who works outside.

Phone has lasted through drops on gravel and many mud puddles. Would definitely recommend.

I have ads that pop up on it every 5 minutes or so making my screen come. which makes me either butt dial someone or my phone dies within a couple of hours. Never rings when calling someone you just oddly start your conversation if you can even hear them. terrible customer service at Best buy. it was a gift from my fiance and yes I did not receive this give for a month after purchase. they won't exchange or let me return. I'm done with best buy. I recently purchased the note 9 paid for next day air. still no phone after a week and they won't or can't cancel my order. garbage company

Love it! Awesome battery life. Best phone I have owned.
