Best phone I have ever owned because I can use tools for work also. Great phone features plus many extras no other phone offers.

Although the staff tried for over an hour they couldn't get the smartphone to receive or transmit data on the AT&T network. Finally one told me that although it is a 4G phone it only handled data on the 3G network, an assertion I feel is unlikely to be accurate. None the less I let them take it back and cancel the transaction and reconnected my CAT B100.

I am totally happy with my CAT S61 phone. I have only had the phone for about a month and have zero issues.

In this day and age any smart phone that will not text message is obsolete.

The phone has not worked although it is GSM compatible with my network. Yet I can pop my sim card into my Samsung S10E, also an unlocked phone from Best Buy, and it grabs the info from the sim perfectly. I call CAT for support, and I am told flatly it is not the device...there is no way anything is wrong with the device. I will be returning it within my return time. Sad to, because I really wanted this phone.

It's got a laser and a thermal imaging camera!! 'Nuff said.
Too early to tell about it's ruggedness, etc.
But it feels substantial enough to bonk someone over the head and it would probably survive..

I decided to buy the phone because I am an HVAC technician and all the extra features would be very useful but... The air quality sensor is not trustworthy and only detects VOC's. Which you can smell VOC's so not very useful. The temperature and humidity readings from the sensor are way off. Mine always says 80+ degrees. The thermal imaging camera is cool but the temperature is also off by several degrees. The lazer measuring is also always off and I have recalibrated it several times. I would not recommend this phone to anyone. Also the customer service people that I have talked too 3 defferent people are not from the USA and English is not there first language it seems. They always have a hard time understanding me and I barely understood 2 of them. Do not buy this phone. I wish I didn't buy it.

I had CAT 60, which didn’t give me much problem for 2 years. But CAT 61 has been giving me a lot of problem since I got it like a month ago even though it was really useful at my electrical site work. Now it just has a black screen. Think I wasted $1000.
