Ruined my Apple Watch

Bad wristband design

Don't waste your money

On 06/20/19 when my husband was sitting on the sidelines watching our daughter play soccer he looked down to see the time and the whole side of the case was broken and the top was wide open. He did not -I repeat-did NOT -do anything for this to happen as we literally were sitting there. I paid 69.99 for this at best buy and because it was past the 15 day return policy by a mere 6 days they would not return it. Worst customer service ever-best buy- and worst product ever. do not waste your money. I have purchase 4 apple watches from them in the past year for members of my family and its safe to say I will shop anywhere but best buy.
