A Delightful Horror Puzzle Film

Caveat announces the arrival of a great new filmmaker in writer/director Damian McCarthy. With a low budget and limited elements, he and the rest of the cast and crew crafted a unique, stylish film with creepy imagery and a couple of very strong performances. The story requires a healthy suspension of disbelief, but if you're willing to meet this film on its own terms, it delivers a unique experience with a plot that acts almost like a twisted logic puzzle.
