Bought for my granddaughters and they love it..They particularly like the app that lets them know what they are looking at.

I was sent a different telescope than what I ordered. I did not discover it until I had put it all together. I contacted customer service and told I could return it. I told them it wouldn't work as the $220 rebates I used were expiring in 2 days. Also, the telescope they sent me had a list price $277 less than the one they sent me. The agent was polite but said it was above his ability and that he would pass it on and someone would be contacting me. That was 8 days ago and so far no one has contacted me.

This is a great telescope but the phone holder is not very user friendly and it was very difficult to actually calibrate it to the telescope. The whole point of buying this telescope was to use this feature but I wasn't able to as the telescope would not align with my phone camera (iPhone XS)

This was very easy for me to put together. Haven’t had a chance to use it yet because of the weather plus I’ve got to go online and download the app to use with my phone. Always wanted one <3

This is my 2nd purchase of this telescope. My Dad and husband both have one and enjoy the views of the skies.

I had to return this item as I had issues with lens .

Terrible blurry quality, you can see the moon but not as clearly as $400+ should - this device cannot see ANYTHING else no matter how large close it may be or how clear the sky is. Does not have the option to view through your phone so that is definitely bull. Base of scope came covered in thick grease that gets all over. Return window extremely short. Terrible gift. Rip off.

Bought as a Christmas present for my wife. She loves it! It’s perfect for her l. She loves to seek out the stars and other planets and says she gets clear views.

It may be user error, but everything I have tried does not work. I am unable to get the lense to show right side up. Everything is upside down.
