Some of the nuts dont even fit the screws. Cheap plastic material that arrived broken. my unit didnt even have a serial number. warranty is no good-they made me run through tons of loop hole to get a new functional parts. Even worst the replacement for the wheel cap arrived crack again!! Ended up returning this useless trash. Will never buy their product again!!!

Great Grill for the Money
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was hesitant on ordering this through Best Buy because of the one bad review but this grill had great reviews on other websites. Figured if it was the same grill, why not purchase through Best Buy since they were selling it for cheaper than the other websites. Item arrived a day early! :-) I was pretty worried because the box was torn and was coming apart but for the price, I figured if it's pretty much ok, I was going to keep it anyway. Surprisingly, everything was fine. Didn't see anything bad, although I haven't really looked it over in great detail. My son assembled it by himself and didn't seem to have a problem with assembly. I did notice it was missing some plastic covers for the left shelf but Im hoping Char-Broil will send me the missing parts but no biggie. I plan to try it out this weekend!
