STAY AWAY I bought this grill. AWESOME, I thought. Gas and Charcoal. The first one arrived DESTROYED. After some hassle, a 2nd arrived. It was damaged, but I could build it. I built this and placed a protective cover on it. 3 Months went by before it was used. After I pulled the cover off, the grill was riddled with rust. Paint was chipping all over and ever corner was rusted bad. I used the grill. Cleaned it, and put it away for a week. Upon the next use, it was worse. I contacted customer support with CharBroil. They stated that this had been approved and we would be able to fix the issues. After a month with them, they decided to ship me the parts that were damaged at my expense. Mind you, I did not pay a shipping charge to begin with. After being told that they would look into another solution, 3 weeks went by with emails being written every week. I called 3 times (over 3 hours total) before speaking to someone. They stated that there was nothing they could do. Now the regulator has failed (after 3 uses of gas) and the charcoal grate/well has rusted too. This has had 2 uses (since the gas is not functioning). I would shy away from any product that the manufacturer does not stand behind. STAY AWAY!!!

Looks great, easy to put together, easy to use. Used it as soon as I got it together. Cooked great on both sides.

I love it- an amazing price and the perfect combo of gas or charcoal. Love the overall design with the bottom cabinet to hold gas tank- worth the extra price

it was the last on in the store and the box was damaged but the sales rep gave me a deal and I went home with a great grill for charcoal and propane. It took about an hour to assemble.

Honestly, this grill is the best of both worlds; you can grill over charcoal to get a good hot sear and then slow roast your meat of choice on the gas side. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the grill is not the heavy duty quality of a weber, but it cost's nearly a 10th the price. The front adjustment knobs for the charcoal side developed surface rust quickly.
