This was a gift for my husband and he loves it. We prefer charcoal so I was looking for one a little bigger than ours and this definitely fit the bill. Charcoal is easily lifted up and down with the tray and there's easy access to dump ash. The grill grates are made well and there's plenty of room to cook for a party. The only downside we've found so far is the dome had dents in the top from being packed in the box too tight. It's not a major issue, just cosmetic, but when you pay for something you'd like it to be perfect out of the box.

It took us a little time to assemble, but my husband absolutely loves it! Easy to use, lots of space to grill and warm, easy clean up, and space to sit items and hang utensils. Very nice quality, this should last us a very long time!

Great grill. It definitely takes at least 2 people to put it together but once it's assembled it works great. The side trays are very useful. Make sure all screws are tight and in the right places. We had to take it apart once because it wasn't stable. The vent screws for the sides were not exactly the right size but the vents still work well although they are a bit loose. It's still a great grill and it cooks really well.

Great grill, easy to assemble and a great value for the price!

Great product, I got it to go with the grill tool set and grill cover for my husbands birthday, and needless to say, he was ecstatic. =D He was like a kid at Christmas, playing with all his new toys lol. That was until he tried to put it together. That was the most frustrating part, it MUST be a two person job, not only is the box heavy and awkward to move, most of the pieces needed to be ... forced, into where they needed to go. Many dents, and dings, but not enough for use to worry about the hassle of shipping it back.

Good grill, easy to assemble, cooks food perfectly

The grill has a lot of nice features, but due to cheap parts, it is not great value for the money. The adjustable tray for coal slides off the handle making it useless, and also one of the pins used to secure a handle broke during the very first use. Very disappointed. We spent 2 hrs assembling it and now returning it to store is just not possible.

I absolutely love my new bbq! I bought it for myself as a Mother's Day gift and was glad that I did. It's a nice product, that is easy to use, and was relatively easy to put together. However, I did have to send back my first bbq I received due to damaged caused by UPS when it was shipped to me. The entire side of the bbq was dented. When I received the second one, it too was slightly damaged, but not as bad so I decided to keep it. The UPS driver said to me that we shouldn't order things that are so heavy to have them delivered. I'd like to know how exactly I'm supposed to get something that big and heavy home WITHOUT having it delivered. Overall though, I am very satisfied with the bbq and with the excellent customer service I received from Best Buy regarding my issues.

This is a great grill for the price! Easy to put together and has some nice grilling features.

This is a great grill. I purchased it for an incentive and the winner loved the grill.

The adjustable fire pan is a nice feature, besides that; it is not friendly to be assembled and the manual is not accurate. the parts quality are overall good, but there was two screws that would not fit (we improvise other ones from my tool box), also the removal ash pan does not close completely. Please, if you still want to buy it, buy it assembled. If you are buying online as I did; It is way to big; we used only half of it to cook a meal for 6 adults.
