Very cheaply made

Great Grill

I just made burgers on it, they came out awesome. Great grill for the price

Great grill for a beginner

It has a ton of space so grilling for parties has been great. It's overall size is a plus also. It fits perfectly on my smaller grill. The only drawback to this grill is the assembly. It took two people and two hours to put it together. Other than that for the price it is definitely a bargain!

Way too much assembly required
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I just unpacked the FIFTY pieces of this grill, not counting the 224 pieces of hardware. There are NO assembly instructions included. I wanted a grill to cook on. If I wanted an assembly project, I would have bought a model car. Now I suppose I have to hassle with contacting Charbroil to try to get the instructions. Wish I would have gone to Home Depot.

Missing parts......BestBuy return policy?
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My mistake......didn't open the box due to bad weather and other projects, etc. Finally opened it after 30 days.......not a SINGLE nut, screw, washer, retaining clip, etc.......no hardware period. Hood hingers missing, front cover missing...........I'm totally screwed. BestBuy says too bad, 30 days is gone.....CharBroil making me jump thru hoops. WORST online purchase experience ever.......and I get at least 2 packages a week, and have for years.

Do not buy it!!

I just ended up taking it back to the store.. don't waste your time!
