Did not work!

Assembly was ok, but we were unable to start it! We called up Best Buy and then Charbroil, where they sent us another regulator, assuming it to be the faulty part. By the time we received it was almost fall, This summer we replaced the part and tried to start it again, and it still doesn't work! I don't know what to do.... Very heartbroken!!
