    I bought this at BestBuy online. The box arrived damaged as well as several of the parts inside. I returned it to a Best Buy store and reordered the same item. The next one arrived in another heavily damaged box so I just returned it without even bothering to open it. I can't really comment on the performance of the grill itself. BestBuy online doesn't seem to have much quality control in it's warehouse.

    Also, the grill is very complicated and does not work. It had a dent in it as well
